If need to talk to someone make sure you talk to a guy. The ladies there are self important and unhelpful. I think they forget their job is in customer service.
Never cared for this company. Unfortunately we moved from the country into town. Their customer service lacks tact and professionalism. Rates are ridiculous.
Some ppl in customer service are pretty nasty. There should be more ways to assist ppl with their utilities. Even those of us who work for a living. Or better yet stop raising the prices..

I have lived over 30 yrs. at my current address and have called SW & L on a number of occasions. I have never had a negative experience. The 1st people you talk to are fantastic. Whether it’s branches on lines, street lights out, or whatever, the response and response times were awesome.
They’ll plug a budget plan to you, and then they don’t bother to change it when they should, which results in rate hikes. Then when you call to complain they’ll tell you it’s “all in the bill” even though you trust the company to do the …

I had a easy time communicating with staff. They were helpful in setting up a payment plan on my past due bill so I didn’t get my gas shut off.
