This company Customer Service is Horrible. the Office always closed redirects calls and services to an after hour center that doesnt have access to assist customer. Really bad business. I will be reporting this to BBB of thos township.
My experience with this company has been horrible. Power always going out in Lafayette at barn apts. Staff in billing act very unprofessional with an attitude.
I lost my power twice last night due to raccoons climbing the poles. They were here in less than 20 minutes and I was back up and running in no time. They are amazing.
I’m pretty sure bombed out parts of Fallujah Iraq have better power infrastructure set up than this company…. I see on TV their lights flicker from bombs and stay on…. Yet here in Vernon when it rains you have no power and no explanation and no estimated time of restore and no website that works to show outages….
