  1. I can’t believe the customer service was so poor. The gentleman was rude and refused to answer questions. He just kept saying fill in the form! Completely unprofessional!

  2. I agree with others no customer service they never get back to you, you can’t even leave a message and nobody answers the phone. When you finally talk to them they’re rude. Everything takes for ever to get a response or done really frustrating and I don’t understand why we keep them on they work for us not the other way around.

  5. NO good customer service, I feel like living in a military base community with so many rules,regulation and warning notices. I am a very unhappy homeowner at this community at Southmeadow. Too high fees with no pool and no security entrance.

  7. As an Owner in Oakcrest for the past 12 years, I can tell you that the job the management company is doing is a direct result of what the Condo Association allows. The management company gets it’s marching orders from the board within the community. Want to change this, then vote them out during the next election. Plain an simple.
