The hospital has issues in some areas of staff about half the people don’t want to be there and treat you like you are a heavy burden. The other half genuinely care about patients. Their is a language barrier with some staff as well one haves to keep repeating the same story over and over with some.
Go elsewhere if you can. All non-clinical staff I’ve encountered need customer service training on how to treat patients as though they matter. The culture here seems much too relaxed and unfriendly. Staff put personal conversations with their colleagues before handling the patient standing in front of them. Unacceptable.
