Tried to transition my son from inpatient care in Chicago to their PHP program for behavioral health. They have extremely poor communication. Unreturned messages, emails, and even broken promises to call back. I don’t understand how they can dismiss families looking for help like that.

My father was diagnosed with congested heart failure and had to stay about a month at the heart hospital. The hospital has some of the greatest equipment and technology in place along with a very professional staff that provided the utmost care to my dad, and for that I am very thankful and highly recommend this medical facility.

Had total hip replacement on 08/01/2019. The operation went great. Post opp overnight; excellent doctors, excellent nurses, excellent room service staff, and tasty food. Rockford GI took care of my husband during his hospital stay and I cannot say enough about the doctors with RGI, the APNs and the staff in the GI lab. Tried to transition my son from inpatient care in Chicago to their PHP program for behavioral health. They have extremely poor communication. Unreturned messages, emails, and even broken promises to call back. I don’t understand how they can dismiss families looking for help like that.

My father was diagnosed with congested heart failure and had to stay about a month at the heart hospital. The hospital has some of the greatest equipment and technology in place along with a very professional staff that provided the utmost care to my dad, and for that I am very thankful and highly recommend this medical facility.

Had total hip replacement on 08/01/2019. The operation went great. Post opp overnight; excellent doctors, excellent nurses, excellent room service staff, and tasty food.
