The collectors are great! The customer service is horrible (this is not a review from 1 phone call, it’s 4 phone calls in a span of 6 months).

They charge bs charges on your bill. Hazardous waste, overfull, ect. Also no plastic bags or packaging in recycling. Get with the program sweet home sanitation. Republic services is 100 times better.

The new scale set up is lame. They make you do a figure 8 and if you have a trailer you have no room to get lined up before you start onto the scale. It’s new….they could have put it anywhere
It seemed to be a little unorganized and it used to be free to drop off scrap metal and now you get charged for it ,just doesn’t seem right.
Been with them for over five years and they are great! The customer service in the office is amazing when I go in or call I really like one of there newer employees!!
Can not seem to keep track of paperwork. We have given them an asbestos survey to keep on record for a job and they have turned us away a few times because “they don’t have the paperwork on file”.

I have never been treated so unfairly. The man that works during the day is not workable at all. We own and operated a business and this was our worst experience. We visit other dumps on a regular basis and with no issues have we had. This place is not customer oriented and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
You never know when the transfer station is open, the hours are very unpredictable. And then when/if you get there, they may or may not accept your waste. If they give you a reason, it usually doesn’t make sense and counterdicts qualifications on websites.
Carmen provides top quality service with a smile. He is always helpful servicing our sanitation needs. I highly recommend Sweet Home Sanitation.
People that work the transfer dump…are the greatest people….they are true hard workers and are ALWAYS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS… AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BUSY-BUSY-BUSY, THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND JUST PLAIN NICE
Convenient but the lady at the scale is crazy. Also. People that don’t have trucks or just a few trash bags because they have overflow from local Foster home or SweeT Home shouldn’t have to pay 21.75 for two trash bags and a broken chair.

Manager Mike, office staff, and transfer driver, Carmen Putney were very pleasant and proficient in their teamwork and assistance in providing numerous dumpsters in timely fashion making demolition removal of old house much easier. Highly recommend!

My experience with Sweet Home Sanitation is they are always ontime to pick up my trash curbside weekly, anytime I use the transfer station in town it’s convenient and affordable to use. I recently had a billing issue and they corrected it over the phone quickly.
