Bad billing practices. Front office is terrible. Hours of opertation are even worse. I have had multiple discrepancies between multiple bills over the course of multiple years. If i could rate a zero i would. 100% Would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason

I called to resolve a billing issue. The woman that spoke with me was completely unprofessional, beyond rude and disrespectful. I filed a complaint with the IURC for their unlawful business practices.
