Medical staff is good, however billing staff is horrible. They cannot figure out how to submit my Bill to the insurance company, instead build me fully. Since I have switched to Tecumseh healthcare and no longer have issues with billing. Something is not right about their billing, fraud? Possibly.
I have been to several hospitals in Nebraska and can say I have not been treated better or received better care anywhere! The nursing staff is caring and knowledgeable. I have been to the ER, clinic and have had a drive through Covid test and have not been disappointed. This county is lucky to have a facility like this.
We all have our struggles and conditions, however the people that work at the counter. Treat people different and almost rude with my OCD and my ADD I can’t control my eyes my ticks clicks and facial expressions.. But when you are greeted differently than the other people in line it does HURT just so you are aware. We are all human.
