WOW! It is not my fault it rained. You should have taken my cardboard regardless. Waited for me to walk my recycling bin down my driveway and they took off.
Stay far away from here do not work here. Their is barley any communication here. You are lucky to get past the 3rd week and if they dont like you for any reason they will can you. Its all favortizum. Two faced lying people enough said.
Been using Syracuse Haulers for our construction project and also operations after we opened. I like them, they are responsive and flexible as our needs changed. Highly recommend them.

so far, this is one of the most unresponsive companies that I have dealt with. They failed to pick up my recyclables, I called them, they stated they would send someone, 4 days later and still no one.
Being customers of theirs for almost 19 YEARS when we called with a complaint they basically said “ok” and that was it. They never made an attempt to help us. THESE PEOPLE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN KEEPING CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DONT EASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
If my trash wasn’t included in my tax bill I would drop this company immediately! They treat their customers very poorly and the drivers throw your can disrespectfully. I dispise this company!!!
Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. Several times now they simply have failed to pick up our trash despite being outside the night before pick up. Worse than that, they have gone from delayed responses filled with fabrications about when to expect pick up to simply not being responsive at all.
Picked through my trash and left the dog poop and cat litter behind, and left the lid open on a day when it poured four hours. It was dark when I got home so I didn’t notice the items left behind until the next day, when it had been stewing in the sun for a few hours before I could get to it. Now my garbage can is full of maggots
These are the people you DON’T want to do business with. They lock you in a contract & then they ripe you off. I can say since I stopped with them my life & money is better and easier.

As a residential home owner that has their services weekly it’s always a question of what won’t they take this week. I have 2 broken recycling bins from being thrown. Always leave recyclables on the ground after pickup, never arrive at even remotely similar times .
The trucks for this company do not drive safely on expressways, where the speed limit is 65 mph they drive 40 mph. When you drive more the 5mph under the speed limit you should put your hazards on. They don’t bother. I saw 3 of their trucks do this.

The truck driver always blocks multiple roads when not necessary. They refuse to move the truck when politely asked. The management company, also, refuses to do anything about this. The worker are very unprofessional and extremely rude.

Followed a truck on 690 this morning. Trash was flying out the top of the truck and going everywhere. Cars were trying to not hit the debris. Trash was all over the highway. Not the first time I’ve seen trash coming off these trucks. No wonder our highways have so much litter.
