We do like the customer service here. However, i have been burned multiple times by the hours listed. Please note, the hours listed are not the labs hours. If you need to have glasses replaced, picked up, adjusted, etc. make sure you call first.

I have been a patient since about 2010 at the Novus eye center and love the work they do, how they care about the service they provide to you and the respect and kindness they show as well. I will remain a patient for all of my eye care as long as they remain caring as they are.
