I moved recently and And try to keep the same phone number which they didn’t give to me but they’re still charge me for, my Internet is on and off all the time and every time I called they said there’s nothing wrong, this is the worst Internet I’ve ever had in my life Extremely overpriced and completely undeliverable!!!!!!!!!
We pay for internet service and dont get anything close to the speeds we pay for. If there was another ISP, I would switch.
I am forced to use them due to my location but they are terrible. Their internet is much slower than advertised and they are over priced. They force you to have a home phone.

This Internet is so bad that it constantly disconnects to the point where its almost impossible to use 75% of the time, and even when you can its so slow that It makes dial-up look like a viable option to use instead. The worst part about this that its the only ISP available in the area.
Horrible internet. It’s extremely slow when it works, internet speeds constantly drop to where it’s not usable. Internet only usable about 50% of the time. Land line phone is always scratchy, they have refused to fix it and they require me to have a landline. Way over priced.
