They wont tell you what’s wrong with your account unless you ask allll the right questions which you may not even know to ask until they’ve already fined you
I wish the option was given to post a no start or negative star option. From what I have seen, they are the Tahlequah Public No Work Authority Authority!
Though it takes forever to get them on the phone they where very nice. When I pay my bill I go inside and they are always very kind and most of the time it is pretty fast.
They are quick collecting billing and slow providing service. The employee treat customers like second class citizens
Why do they have the Tahlequah PD gaurdubg the office when they could be out gaurdubg school kids or catching criminals

As if getting insulted by the Monopoly that is the local ISP wasn’t enough this place comes in clutch with it’s enormous, unfounded, fees and deposits. Yet another tahlequality.
If they owe you money they don’t tell you, they just take it. be careful. you should track what you paid them and know what they should refund you especially when it come to the $400 deposit. THEY ARE THIEVES
Yep it’s good business when you charge people more during a recession. I hope they sleep well at night knowing they price goug local citizens to death.
Staff at front desk is extremely rude and the lady who helped was on the phone with her husband the whole time and wouldn’t answer any of my questions. They took $140 out of my deposit when they mailed it back to me even though I had paid all my bills before leaving.
Terrible terrible people! They were very rude and unprofessional. A 400 dollar deposit? Are you kidding?! That aside this place should be shut down! If nothing else fire ALL staff at front desk. Worse than dealing with the IRS.

The hired help need to be fired help! When I objected to their failure to make their billing practices clear, they said I wasn’t the main one on the account and they didn’t need to speak to me and hung up on me!!
Was out of town missed a payment because my auto draft didn’t go through because my card wasn’t updated correctly. They were super rude over the phone and I work long hours so I am having trouble getting reconnect which will cost $100! They run the department horribly and I am looking forward to moving which will be soon.

I had to get help from LIHEAP to pay my electric bill and Tahlequah Public Works has received the money but doesn’t want to apply the money to my contract that I had signed and April’s bill. I’ve lived in several towns and this is by far the worst public utilities provider I’ve ever had to use. Unfortunately, we don’t have another option.

My account was set up to autopsy and my electric still got disconnected for for past due payment
I had to get help from LIHEAP to pay my electric bill and Tahlequah Public Works has received the money but doesn’t want to apply the money to my contract that I had signed and April’s bill.
