just awful, The main lady that I deal with is rude and very disrespectful! I own my trailer and rent it out, because I have an outstanding bill they disconnected my tendants power. I cant move anyone else in because they refuse them. crappy people.
I’m not sure why TREC has such bad reviews, they are always quick to restore power in the event of outages (which happen less than once a month). My experience with their customer service has always been positive.
We have had outstanding service with TREC. We rarely lose power and if we do it is resolved very quickly. Paying online is easy and i love the text reminders.
On 10/10/2018 hurricane Michael came through our town. I would just like to thank Trec for their service on yesterday and last night. I never lost power during hurricane Michael. It was a really scary and rough time, but we had power the entire time. I just want to say a big THANK YOU!!!

I see complaints, but I have been very pleased with the service I receive from TREC. Been in my home a year and only experienced one outage that lasted a couple hours. That’s the only time I have had to call them and they were very polite …
Excellent customer service at the billing & accounts counter. I haven’t had to deal with any other portion of there on site customer services & hopefully never have to.
We have been in our house for almost 37 years. Power rarely goes out when it does it is usually restored very quickly. Does someone really expect a power company to not cut their power off when they haven’t paid their bill? Whatever happened to personal responsibility?

Utility Monopolies are just frustrating, because where you live you only have one choice. Switched our rental property back over into my name today and the Customer Service Rep was not professional and acted like I was putting her out of her way. So much for Southern Hospitality…
So tired of electricity going off and on all the time today it went off at 1230 it’s now 800 . still off the website says over 200 customers without power. Yet the house across the street and two doors down from me that have Alabama power have power. Tallaposa power is awful.
They raised their prices 200% higher than they were this time last year. If you plan on moving where this company provides service you might want to not move here.
Never seen anything like it. Power goes out 1-2 times a month. I call them and they aren’t aware of an outage yet my internet company knows. Figure it out, seriously. Your job is to provide electricity. Do it.
