I applied Wednesday 10/21/20. According to the website, someone would be contacting me in a day or two. It’s Friday 10/23/20. I called the local office & spoke to a rude customer service (?) person. She sent me an email which I immediately responded to. No response. This was before 5pm. We really need another provider in our area.
