  26. Customer Service is a joke. After minutes of automated choices you are finally put on hold to wait for a person to help you. I have hung up after waiting 15, 27, 23 and 32 minutes. I do firmly believe that TECO has no “live” personnel. They put you on hold and make you listen to awful music until you finally give up.
