I went from a Deltec CoZmo pump to a Medtronic Paradigm pump to a Tandem pump which I’ve now had for 21 months. This Tandem pump has been without question the BEST pump I’ve ever had. And Tandem’s customer support is phenomenal. Great pump, even better service. Thanks!

Every time I’ve had to call for anything, pump won’t upload, which was twice. They’ve walked me thru the process, which was 45 minutes, to make sure everything was back to how it should be. I’ve never experienced bad customer service, no matter what time of day or night I’ve called.
Really disappointing service and support. After being with their competition for more than 20 years I expected to be able to get service and support with the transition and ordering. None was given and when I asked the sales team for support I was told “best of luck”.
