This is the first procedure I have ever had to have done, so I had some concerns. The staff at evey level from the people doing the procedure to the office support staff were all friendly and helpful. I believe that they made the entire event as pleasant as it could possibly be.
Overall the experience was excellent,but in post op the young lady were kind of rushing did not go over discharge instructions I work there and it was mandatory that I go ova discharge instructions nor did they highlight the instructions for what to do and what not to do..to me they seems to just push me out so quick .

I had a colonoscopy at the Tavares Surgery Center on 12/13/22. I was very pleased with the center. Everyone I met there was so nice and helpful. They were also very efficient and explained everything to me. So much nicer than the big hospital experience.
Today was a very good experience overall. The only complaint I have is the nurse who did the phlebotomy, she needs a little bedside manner, and not treat people to make them feel like one of the herd, who needs to shut up and let her continue. The rest of the personnel were gracious and helpful.

Aside from being last, with all the accumulated delay, the experience was as pleasant as possible. Every on was caring and efficient. I didn’t feel it he IV insertion, the nurse was so skilled. I don’t think the prep worked as well as it should have, but the doctors got clear photos.

This is the first procedure I have ever had to have done, so I had some concerns. The staff at evey level from the people doing the procedure to the office support staff were all friendly and helpful. I believe that they made the entire event as pleasant as it could possibly be.

I had a colonoscopy at the Tavares Surgery Center on 12/13/22. I was very pleased with the center. Everyone I met there was so nice and helpful. They were also very efficient and explained everything to me. So much nicer than the big hospital experience.
