I got TDS fiber in sun prairie. It started out decent but doesn’t come anywhere near what they advertise it as. We pay for 1gb per second and we are hardly getting 35 mb/ps.
TDS has the absolute worst customer service I have seen. While I was waiting on them to send me the boxes to return their equipment, they sent me to collections. Their customer service over the phone is just as terrible. Expect minimum of 30 minute wait times and impossibly rude agents answering the phone.

My parents uses TDS for internet. Better than nothing, sure. But it barely surpasses that. Livestreams are impossible to watch because the highest speed they offer is 5 mbps. Today’s standards require at least 10mbps or more. Get with the times TDS!
