  1. I never been the most rude and team of people don’t ever get a loan from Brittany the rudest manger I ever in counted she heartless if you have any family emergencies, or events of losing your home don’t care about when can you pay them

  2. So far I have had the best experience with them. The customer service is always welcoming and friendly, very very professional and i hope to continue to work more with them in the future.

  3. Horrible bank. Everytime I contact them it’s always rude and not helpful. I ran out of checks to pay to my credit card. I do not know what a money order is. Instead of telling me what it is, they just yell at for not paying my credit card and why I don’t pay with money orders. STOP being disrespectful and start being helpful.

Thank you to branch manager (Shelby ) who handled very graciously and efficiently the situation we had experienced before – very impressed with the speed and attention to fixing and generating the forms needed for mom’s Medicaid application – not sure if I can edit my previous rating so offering one to balance it out !

  7. The bankers are very helpful. They are very professional. The wait period isn’t long at all, they follow COVID rules, and they help and take care of your banking needs, in a timely manner. The bank is a little small, so it would be nice if they could expand it.

  9. I never hated a banking company more. Every single time i try to get into my account theres an issue. Their website had to have been created by a 4 year old.

  10. Customer for over 20 years…. they never fail to disappoint. This last upgrade to the system was an epic fail. Will be closing all accounts… New accounts already opened at HVCU.
