Horrible bank. Everytime I contact them it’s always rude and not helpful. I ran out of checks to pay to my credit card. I do not know what a money order is. Instead of telling me what it is, they just yell at for not paying my credit card and why I don’t pay with money orders. STOP being disrespectful and start being helpful.

The bankers are very helpful. They are very professional. The wait period isn’t long at all, they follow COVID rules, and they help and take care of your banking needs, in a timely manner. The bank is a little small, so it would be nice if they could expand it.
