I have had telstar for ten years and for the first five years it hardly worked until they ran a new line to my house. Now I can’t watch Netflix for the past two months due to insufficient bandwidth. I have to stream it through my phone data plan. Thanks Telstar
I would like to give them 5 stars because the Internet is great but it goes out 2 or 3 times a month. Which I understand there can be problems that occur. Other then that I’m very happy with the service they provide.

Just spent 45 minutes talking with 6 different answering services giving me the exact same number to call for my issue. My issue is Have NO internet service since yesterday afternoon. With this being said, I have to say the customer service received is Poor.
We have had Tel Star since we moved to Edwards in August and it’s been a nightmare! We pay extra for higher speed, but we are constantly being kicked off the internet and for someone who has to work from home it’s been beyond annoying-and more expensive. It’s sad to say but miss Comcast…..

Using them only because I have to. They made the mistake of charging me instead of crediting my account after my service went down for a week. I asked for an additional $10 credit (trying not to be over zealous) which got denied. Can’t wait to move!
The internet is very slow and spotty at best! We had xfinity before we moved to Lake Camelot and they definitely overcharged but the internet speed and TV with on demand was ten times better at about the same price!
