This company doesn’t pick up your trash, and wont credit your account when they dont. They bill you every week regardless if they pick up your trash or not.
1 star because I couldn’t give a 0! You’re much better off with the other guys. I haven’t had my garbage picked up in weeks and at no fault of my own. The employees at the office keep blaming the new guy for the incompetent service.

Just closed my account services today. Horrible customer service from route management. Large item collection, different days pick up is unavailable due to lack of drivers; regardless of fee. I would NOT recommend.

We have been very happy with the service provided by Teller Co Waste both administratively and the field staff. Once waste collection was missed and upon hearing this, a truck arrived to make a collection. Best value!
They are proving to be a difficult company to deal with. Lots of turnover on the personnel – ill trained drivers throw all the recycle in with the trash – constantly changing pick-up times and they are hard to reach on the phone…. not happy so far!

Poor service, I pay for them to pick up trash every week but only put out garbage half the time. The refused to pickup trash because of 1 small piece of drywall in the can- said they wouldn’t take ‘construction waste’. They could have taken out the small piece if it was that big a deal! Called and they were not helpful at all.
They can’t get their billing right. The amount always is changing. If you call to ask about it they never know or need to talk with corporate and then you can never get the same person back on the phone. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I wouldn’t be using them if I had any other option.
Horrible service and managers that could not care less. Usually I want to support local small businesses and companies instead of corporate juggernauts (read Waste Management) but these guys are the worst. I would strongly advise using a different service or method for disposing of your trash.
This is the worst trash service ever! The drivers are absolutely horrible they are rude and should have their license revoked! This company has no customer service at all. Driver turnover is rampant. The drivers they do have do a lousy job. Their trucks break down all the time. They only pick up the trash they feel like picking up.
Bradley delivered a 30 yard roll-off to my house in Divide. My driveway is a nightmare which he navigated like a pro. He had to chain up, without complaining, and navigated the roll-off down the steep driveway without incident. Super attitude. Will definitely use TCW again in the future.
