I’m actually not a TLC customer. However, a neighbor of mine is. I was chipping away at the ice/snow that the city plows dumped at the end of my driveway, when TLC came to plow my neighbor out. The driver saw me, shooed me away, and proceeded to plow me out in nothing flat! Thanks TLC!
