When you call for customer service, you can not talk to anyone. They will tell you that you are caller #7 but they never answer and when you callback again the same thing happens.

You will never get anyone on the phone. Wish I could give zero stars. Somebody needs to answer the phone and help people. Dump some money into your IT. An actual functioning online service could help maybe 95% of your customers. Someone who’s in charge should seriously read these posts….they’re all true.
If I could give less than one star I would. This is the WORST company I have ever had to work with. We haven’t been a customer with them since we moved out of our apartment in October… yet they sent us a bill for 243 dollars for service between November and April. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Turned water off after paying the bill. Come back out less then 12 hours later and they shut it off again when the water bill is paid. Bad service and phone wait times could be an hour or two out of your day. Plus waiting until they can come back out and fix their mistake.

I was scared to deal with the water company after seeing the reviews but my experience was quite opposite. Every person was very courteous and attentive. They were prompt and very caring even with all the work they had before me, they never made me feel put to the side. They literally saved my day.
