This was my first colonoscopy so I have nothing to compare with but I had someone walk me through the entire experience prior to the event and my experience was not painful in the least although I opted to have it without anesthesia. A big 5 star for this place.

Still dealing with infection from procedure done in May. I questioned why I was not given anything for possible infections when discharged from procedure. Left with a tube protruding out of my back and a bag to collect any runoff. I told them sounded like an infection waiting to happen but I guess I know nothing.

Dr. Wright once it was over came and talked with me and explained everything.

My experience at the center was good until I woke up and my lips were stolen! This was not the centers fault.
I have had procedures here several times and they give you first class treatment every time. Brandy, my recovery nurse was especially helpful today. Be aware that you need to plan on 2-2.5 hours for your procedure and you will be groggy.

Texas GI Endoscopy has the nicest staff at the front desk. Always so helpful and very patient. The techs in the back that take care of you before and after your procedures are one in a million! Dr. Oliver took care of my dad and now takes care of me! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
All the personnel were nice and provided me with the utmost in comfort during my procedure. It was a very calm atmosphere. Fortunately, I was told not to come back for 10 years, but if Dr. Paul Wright is still practicing there, I will return for my 10 year check up!
