I waited over a week to hear results about the ultra sounds from here and to find out that they documented my file with the wrong date of birth, even when I had clarified it while I was there. Now I have to wait longer.

Waited longer than an hour to be called in…this is with an appointment. Never again. This place was not my choice btw. Staff is nice though I’ll give them that. Timing is key and if they take that long to call me in most likely won’t be returning or recommending.

Never heard of having to pay for copies of exams. $5 per CD. Was told covered the cost of cd? Warning to self pays, 3% convenience fee for using debit or credit card. Bring cash to avoid.CT tech was great.

Service was beyond excellent! My ultrasound technician, Vivian, was beyond amazing! She’s is the sweetest, kindest, optimistic, and most caring person you’ll ever meet. I would definitely drive to Weslaco again and again just to have her do my ultrasound! She is definitely a ray of sunshine ☀️
