Terrible place, stay away from here. I had a CT scan that I paid for but was billed additional charges that were never rendered and never received a bill for until a collections company called me.
I had right knee replaced last March. Left knee replace 1/18/18. I chosed to come back here. Would not have chosed any other place. Wonderful staff here. They all work together. They really care for you here. Great food also.
Facility is outstanding. Watching billing codes, they will ding you for services that aren’t performed. There word against yours ask after procedures, what he or she is in the post-op or pre-op what is there purpose.
As a library media specialist, giving my patrons superior service is my main goal. Dr. Steven White, (my “Doc of Ageless”), scheduled my surgery at the Texas Institute of Surgery May 21, 2013. I will forever be thankful to this …
What a wonderfully kind staff! As someone who works in the business too I am very perceptive and know what it takes to do a great job. They are upbeat, like working with each other, treat each person with a smile, respect. Truly great. Highly recommend
Had surgery here 2/25/20 not only was the facility great it was awesome. All the people that I talked to were very polite. My doctor Dr Grantham was awesome she is wonderful and this facility should be proud to have wonderful doctors like her along with the facility and dr Grantham I would give you 20 stars if I could.
The billing department is inept. My daughter had surgery on 6/24/16 and TX Institute of Surgery asked for a $2300 payment, then billed my insurance listing me (her father) as the patient which my health insurer denied. I had to call TX …
Terrific experience. Staff was skilled but very friendly. Although they were running several hours behind, they kept us informed and seemed accountable. I was extremely impressed by the front desk manager, Myresha. She quickly established a …
Nurses are extremely unprofessional and can’t seem to keep their mind out of the gutter. During my visit my husband had surgery on his knee the first nurse we had made us both very uncomfortable, and when he got out of surgery instead of …
I had a total ankle replacement by Dr. Noack at this facility. Not only was Dr. Noack and his team fantastic, but I was treated like royalty the entire time. I had to spend three days post op and everyone was wonderful – nurses, …
I liked the extreme attention to safety, quality control, cleanliness, and my Dr Champine’s and his PA’ above and beyond excellent care! Same goes for the nurses and the entire staff I had encountered. You see, I have been a nurse over 25 …
Wow. This place was amazing! Being my first surgery, I was a little hesitant on the whole process but my doctor and nurses put that fear at ease. Nurse Tie, Aster and Alam went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. …
Went in to have lithotripsy (blast up my kidney stone) which is just a day surgery. The nurses and anesthesiologist were extremely helpful and nice. I felt very cared for even though I was there for 3-4 hours tops. They answered all my …
I had a hip arthroscopic surgery there on 6/29/2017 to repair a labreal tear and FAI impingement. From the moment I checked in the staff was friendly and helped both my husband and I relax prior to my surgery. …
Went in for an outpatient procedure, and I have to say the nicest, most caring place I’ve ever been. Dr Sloan has the best bed side manner of any Dr I’ve ever had and Texas Institute for Surgery was an extension of his compassion. Best Nurses and staff of any place I’ve visited.
I was scheduled for a pre-surgery Covid-19 test at 0930. I arrived at 0900, went to Ste. 120 as directed, and stated my name and why I was there. The girl made a note on her clipboard. 0930 came and went. At 0950, I received a call from a …
I came here for knee surgery and was not impressed. The anesthesiologist was extremely cocky and arrogant and didn’t explain much prior to surgery. When we asked for my mom to be able to be with me when I woke up, the staff said that they …
I had bilateral hip surgery there about 2 years ago. I couldn’t be more ecstatic about the care I received. The nurses and physical therapists were wonderful. I received immediate attention when I requested help. The food was so good. My family told me that it was like I am staying at the Ritz. This is the place to have surgery.
This place is amazing! The staff is so kind. My surgeon was great and the nurses are great. They are so kind and accommodating. The food isn’t just good for hospital food, is legit great food! These people care about their patience and made me feel comfortable even with two broken ankles.
Wonderful staff from beginning to end. Carissa at the front is a fantastic person. She made my anxiety melt away. My nurse was phenomenal. She listened to my concerns and was the sweetest person. Wish I could have hugged her. The nurse that …
Great check-in, pre-op, surgery, post-op care experience for my knee replacement. The PT therapist was also good. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food — I actually wanted MORE! They get a big demerit, however, for the …
On Election Day Dr Thompkins is performing my 4th neck surgery. He also did a laminectomy on L4 in years past. I wouldn’t still stay with someone I didn’t trust. He makes me feel part of the decisions and thankfully when he first thought …
Would definitely recommend! My son has torn multiple ligaments in his knee while playing in a football game. Dr Brett Raynor and the staff at TIS took great care of us while there for surgery. Dr. Raynor was/is very thorough. He explained …
Everyone is very friendly and helpful
Got me into a CT scan the day I received the referral. Above and beyond customer service.

Wonderful staff!! So friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. I really cant say enough good things. Treated like royalty.
My mom has had several procedures there. The staff is friendly and they get her back quickly.
