Just from reading these reviews I dont want my mom going there. Anyone have any OTHER places they go to that they are happy with? In RoundRock, N.Austin, Plugerville or that general area?
Call for appointment was told by receptionist to leave a message no return phone call was made to me. All i wanted to do was make appointment this customer service was completely unacceptable

They are the worst. They don’t call patients back in a timely manner. The doctors are not compassionate, and hesitate to figure out what is wrong with you. The front staff is by far super rude!!!
Dr. Horvit was very professional and made sure I understood all the information presented. He went out of his way to ensure I was receiving the best care possible.

I tried to get a new-patient appointment and was told they don’t take any kind of TRS insurance. This means that they don’t treat any teachers unless their district can afford to buy private insurance. That is very unfortunate for most Texas teachers.

I have been a patient for about 15 years. Dr. Fox, Stephanie Agrella, and Rochelle are wonderful and I know I’m getting the latest information on ms and the best treatment and care specific to my needs.
Dr. Peckham is well-informed, easy to talk to. She really considered options and ideas I suggested, including supplements, for the treatment of my Parkinson’s disease.
They are a huge practice, I have waited up to an hour past the appointment time. They don’t think about you unless you are in front of them, so to get anything done you need an appointment which books months out and again will take your entire day. They are just too big to provide quality care.
Doctor Couch is a wonderful doctor, great at really listening to your issues. I was suffering extream tension headaches and he has and does amazing work to relieve my pain so that I don’t now have to rely on medication, which In fact did not really help. Highly recommend Central Texas Neurology.
Just had testing done for Carpal Tunnel by Dr. Horvit. He was absolutely great! My aunt warned me that the test would be painful because of the needles but any pain I did feel was easily remedied by a most enjoyable visit with Dr. Horvit. …

Eric did my EEG, he was extremely professional and kind and actually listened to me and documented things that my doctor didn’t seem to really care to take note of regarding a domestic violence related head injury. Anyways, request Eric as your tech for testing if you go here. He was very impressive.

I’ve seen Dr. Fox for over 10 years now. I love Rochelle and his PA, Stephanie. His bedside manner is different than a lot of other docs but I appreciate his knowledge and attentiveness to my needs more than his ability to hold my hand. It’s the only reason I still drive over an hour to see him a couple of times a year.
