Great doctor
I love Dr Gleason. He has been my Pulmanologist for many years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
My Mom’s cardiologist referred her to them at the beginning of June Their scheduler, finallyy called us near the end of June and said that July was booked up but she would call when she got the schedule for August …
OMG!!!
My mother went to see Dr Pender 4/5/2018 because she was having breathing problem, liquid that needed to be removed. We waited for the hospital to call us with …
I had pulmonary tests run and cannot even get the results. All appts. booked for next 6 plus weeks and staff offers no solutions. Can’t even get in contact with office manager. Avoid this place if you have a health issue and expect assistance. Staff rude and irresponsible. Linda Schulko
Doctors are inadequately or poorly educated.in other words I would call them peasants. Some barely speak English and you will have hard time understanding them
I would not recommend this pulmonary doctor simply because the lady that returns new patient calls is really unfriendly and unwelcoming. …
Worst office I have ever dealt with! I showed up at 3pm on time but they said because I didn’t fill out the paperwork I would have to reschedule. They were rude and obviously didn’t care about me as a patient. Nurse Erica was the most …
I have been going to Texas pulmonary for several years. The last few visits have not gone well. To be fair they are video visits because of Covid. However a person should never be treated as less than human on any visit of any kind. The …
This place is a bad Joke! I’ve been trying for weeks to get a prescription for a rescue inhaler… basic stuff. The nurse, Felicia, won’t return calls and doesn’t reply to requests from pharmacies. Ran into the same thing with this …
I’ve been waitibg a month for someone to call me back. Left messages for the nurse, the NP, and I even emailed. They referred me to a medical supply company to get my cpap supplies, and they won’t even return their phone calls!! The office off of Hulen is just as bad. Thank God I found a more professional office at Baylor.
I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald for several years and have always had problems with them. I was on oxygen for 2 years and when I switched to Medicare he would not renew my prescription. I was in the hospital in March and was …
I was a patient at Texas Health for Covid when I met Dr. Tran. She was and is informative, and has a calming effect when you are concerned or ill prepared for what Covid sends your way. Yes I waited for my followup appointment, but she …
One of the most unresponsive, unprofessional staffs I’ve ever encountered. After months of dealing with their ineptitude — from not following up to seemingly misplacing equipment orders for patients — I couldn’t get my loved one out of …
My appointment was in 2020. In September 2021 received a bill for 169.60. I’ve left several messages because no one will answer the phone. No one returns my phone calls. I have sent emails that no one responds to. But they certainly …
This place is the absolute worst. I’ve got a grandmother who’s not doing so well and the staff doesn’t seem to really care about their patients. This place is unprofessional and disorganized. There’s a lot of negative attitudes over the …
The office staff is stellar while you are at the location. Call backs, however, are non-existant. My patient has lung cancer and covid. I have called several times for assistance or advise. I have yet to ever receive a call back from the physician on call or a nurse… we always just go on to ER.
