They switched over to a new credit card system and I have had nothing but trouble, my credit card has not worked for two months and they have not been helpful.

Really, not open on a SATURDAY? My account has been locked, my mobile app doesn’t work and I have to wait until Monday? Not good at all, I’m guessing I’m the only customer that’s ever needed you after hours, go figure?

Texas Tech Federal Credit Union is a great place to open a loan and have an account here. You can also save your coins and take them here to turn into cash. They have coffee for you. They also have popcorn on Friday.

TTUFC is a wonderful hometown bank with professional service given as an always. Have had a truck loan through them as well as maintaining a savings account there. As a customer of 30 years I can say that while their rates are not the best in town, I can unequivocally say that their service is.

Gave me a competitive interest rate when I refinanced my car and their online banking platform and app impressed me. Their savings APY is also competitive. Their staff is also amazing.
