I’ve been here for strep twice, pneumonia, poison ivy twice and a broken foot and they’ve been wonderful. Fast, kind, understanding, knowledgable, efficient and organized…everything you want when you go to urgent care. It’s been my urgent care of choice for 7 years now.

Went in for a pulled calf muscle and the doctor said….ok then why are you here then….just a bunch of uppity people who don’t know how to treat people and was a huge waste of my time and hard earned money. Told me to go to an orthopedic surgeon. If I made that kind of money I would have went to a real doctor to begin with.
This place is shady as hell. They tell you they accept your insurance, pay $25 co-pay take you back to a room and then tell you they don’t accept it and you have to pay out of pocket. They won’t give you your $25 back either. Only reason it’s one star is because can’t give 0.

Expect to be extorted for another visit from another Dr. For any refill you need until you heal from what brought you there in the first place. All that is wrong with the healthcare industry is here. Good luck here. Doctor’s lack any sense of punctuality. If you can, try going somewhere else first. Health is more important than waiting on these guys.
