Horrible company that did not switch us in the given time, then sent a notice that the plan was expiring so I switched to another company and they are now trying to charge me a $175 early fee. Stay far away from these fraudulent people

Great company, low price. I’m very happy to be a customer with them since 2015. After I switched to Texpo, I save about $50-80 per month. My bill was easily exceed $300 during summer before I switch to them, now it’s never close to it. it’s also very convenient to pay online and check the history on their website.

Update – someone finally answered, said the person I need to speak to is not available… wow. Guess I’ll try the email approach.
this is just 2nd month with this texpo energy. i never used 2100 kwh in my life even bigger home. now i am in small home and got billed for 2510 kwh for last month. better to switch on previous energy. at least they never charge over than real kwh.
Really expensive and not accommodating . I got them when I was first considering moving to Texas. Things happened with my complex and I never moved in and they still wanted me to pay the cancellation fee even though I NEVER lived in the complex and didn’t need energy in Texas anymore.
Had a contract with them and they NEVER informed me about changes. Went from all time summer high of 450 to 1495!!! After we went to energy ogre they conveniently sent me an email about my contract ending. Very very shady operation. Be …
