For weeks, if not months, this news group does not understand what home delivery means. Our neighbor hood has not received a Columbia Flyer for an extremely long period of time.
Lifeblood of the city. Multiple Pulitzers. Covers communities in ways nobody can compete with but simultaneously also does investigative journalism that’s as good as any paper in the country. A blessing to the city and journalism as a whole.
This paper is a scam. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription, and they just increased the amount they are taking from my account. Ought to be illegal.
I signed up with the Sun for what I was told was a one-time, two month subscription for $17.99 that would not be auto-renewed. It came with really good local deals and I had just moved into the city so that seemed like a good idea. I never …
Not bad content, but their online subscription practices are borderline criminal. You can’t review the rate you are paying or cancel your subscription online – you have to call. They randomly raise your rate without notice and the only way …
We ordered the Baltimore Sun for digital and Sunday delivery back in March and never received a single Sunday issue. We called nearly a dozen times to receive a weekly refund and escalate our issue. Yet nothing changed. We officially cancelled our subscription today. I don’t recommend for home delivery.
Very nice people. A very wonderful part of Baltimore for years. They are going to be missed. I hope that everyone there finds a new job and it all works out for them
Keep getting in incomplete papers. Worst customer service. All you can do is talk to somebody in the Philippines you can’t get anybody in America to out to you to contact you by phone or anything just by voicemail that you can’t get back to them it’s horrible I don’t even know why I subscribe it’s just a waste of time
To start I am suppose to receive the Sunpaper on Wednesdays and the Sunday paper. We use to have a wonderful carrier and she left during the summer. It has been 8 weeks (minus one week – when it was right) since I have received the COMPLETE …
They just won’t quit calling me despite I told them 12 times that I’ve moved to another city. Prepare to get random harassments every few months from them if you ever share your information with Baltimore Sun.
I grew up reading the Baltimore Sun, and it became a staple of my morning for many decades. I canceled my subscription, however, because my paper had not arrived in nearly 4 months. I called, emailed, even once having my daughter go to …

Biased liberals and super strict online article restrictions… if I could give this publisher 0 stars, I would.
I wish they would stop cutting their staff so there would be more in-depth journalism. I still subscribe though.
Did not receive newspaper yesterday. One star only for the Sun
The Baltimore Sun is a good job to be at. Everybody is so nice, and they care about you so much and your safety.
The history behind delivering information about people, events and communities.
After all these years, still serving the citizens of my beloved ‘Bawlmer’. Unbiased news from home keeps me connected.
