I use de faccibiné, he’s very good. Sometimes it’s a long wait but it’s worth the wait! The X-ray tech is also very nice and easy to talk to. Girls up front are great with scheduling and working around your needs. Just be prepared to wait if your not an early appointment
The only problem, is the waiting time , I had an appointment at 9:30pm , it tooks me 1 hour to see the doctor
Mathen Santosh has terrible bedside manner and will literally argue with you rather than help. He is dismissive and rude. Wouldn’t recommend.
Called 8 seperate times on hold 20 mins each time never received a call back,,,EVER. Left email detailed message also as they requested,,, no response are they out of business or trying to go out of business this is over 3 weeks not 1 or 2 days!
This office is literally the most incompetent office I’ve ever been too. The office manager herself should be personally embarrassed about how poorly her office is run.
Dr Ong charged my mother for an office visit because I had a less than 5 min phone conversation with the doctor when she was in the hospital. I was never informed they would charge her. She is a senior citizen on a fixed income and had to pay a $45 copay. Disgusting.
