Been having to boil my water for 2 months now with no explanation or timeline for when it’ll be fixed. Ridiculous you’d think I lived in a 3rd world country.
Some of the highest cost water in Texas, but it is good quality when lines are intact…which is about half the time, since old infrastructure is shallow burial and frequently gets struck by motor graders digging ditches.
Terrible customer service they don’t maintain the lines, they don’t inform of breaks or boil water notices properly. They are also extremely over priced. Flint Michigan has to be better than this.
The water and service is excellent! We set up new account and even had to have a new meter set. All of the employees we worked with were top-notch and very courteous and helpful.
New management has turned this vital organization around! While there is a lot of work to do, CWSD is on the right path with responsive friendly service and a focus on delivering quality water for a reasonable price. Stay tuned for great progress as the staff work hard to improve the water systems for the owner/members.
Had a leak in the main line, the leak was fixed quickly and the workers were friendly and did a great job repairing the hole (in my driveway) that had to be dug to make the repair.
There meter installation is way higher than anywhere I have dealt with before. $4073.00. In Avenger, TX it was $1500.00
And paying your bill is awful you can’t call Consolidated water it’s a third …

Drive thru window saves time,
Friendly employees
Water is terrible. Have to buy all drinking water. Smells like Clorox coming out of the faucet. Expensive too.
Could be better. Water quality is poor and I have to boil before using. Its a little expensive also, especially for the quality of water.
These folks supply water for much of Houston County. They’re reliable, reasonable and real nice.

Very accommodating and friendly. Sweet people. Lobby was closed but drive up window was open.
