Very unprofessional the front office staff never said anything bout our insurance was not in network only to find out after the visit that we had to pay out of pocket what reason do u ask for insurance n never say anything! The doctor was very professional answered all the questions took the time out with my daughter!
I caught some kind of viral or medicine reaction which caused a rash of the likes i have never seen over 80% of my body. Dr. Shannon is an exceptional doctor who is thorough and great disposition with patience. I am very happy I found her as my dermatologist.
Whether the front desk staff is accommodating or unaccommodating, friendly or unfriendly, depends purely on the amount of melanin that your skin produces. In addition, the wait time is completely unacceptable. It’s safe to say I will not be returning for a visit.

Dr. Scott Dunbar, Minnie & Mindy ( the two mousecateers), were absolutely wonderful; the way they are handling my skin cancer; and Crystal was very efficient in setting things up. I highly recommend them, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I was a real basket case until I met them.
Overall poor customer service, I called to schedule an appointment and couldn’t even do so. Receptionist was rude after I expressed I did not want to see the Dr. from a previous appointment.
The Dermatology Clinic was extremely professional and helpful. When my son had a concerning rash, they were able to see him that day. Dr. Harrell was able to diagnose him and the rash was clear within a couple of days. Later when I had melasma following by pregnancy, Dr. Harrell prescribed me a cream that cleared it up.
Dr. Harrell is very good at explaining the painless procedures while in progress. Afterwards, she tells you how to care for your affected area. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled Dermatologist.

Dr Dobson is the best! She always goes above and beyond to help her patients. She has a great bedside manner that will put even the most nervous patients at ease. I highly recommend her.
