Every time I bring my mother for an appt the wait is roughly about 1.5 hrs. 30 min in waiting area, another 30 min in exam room, and another 30 min at a different room to actually see the Dr. It never fails that the office overbooks literally a patient every 15 min. Customer service is obviously not a priority.
The staff was very friendly and great people but I could see better before I had the surgery then afterwards. Dont believe them when they tell you that only 3 bills will be sent its not the truth. Now I have to go elsewhere and get another …

Have had one cataract surgery and sched for 2nd. Had a very thorough work up and prep prior to surgery and good follow up after. Dr. Ehlers answered all my questions thoroughly and explained procedure. I appreciated everyone’s friendly, reasuring conversations during prep and theur calm, professional manner that was never rushed.
I came in with realistic expectations of a doctors office visit. All my expectations were exceeded. Office staff was polite, personable, and professional. Dr Ehlers remind of the doctors before insurance companies ruined the profession. I would recommend this office to all in need.

I feel fortunate to be their patient.
