I find this location is easier to access than the main office on Nelson….not as much traffic. Also, it’s more centrally located. This office is not as big as the main office, but it’s pleasant enough and the staff is friendly and polite.
I was worked in the next day when I called for an appointment after my glasses were broken. All of the staff and physicians were very helpful. I was in and out in an hour.

The staff in Lake Charles are mostly good but I have to give this clinic 5 stars because the doctors are excellent. I have struggled with wearing contacts for over 20 years and the doctors here were able to solve my contact issues.

Would not use, my family was with The eye clinic for many Years are being tired of the waits and the rude staff we switch to Menard eye clinic(wayyy better than eye clinic). The doctors were not rude but the staff is always “too busy to help” save money go with Menard’s eye clinic.

I had a concern about my right eye and they were able to reschedule my initial appointment Tuesday morning. I was able to see Dr. Lacoste and find out what was wrong and later pick up some eye drops at Walgreens. I am very thankful for them squeezing me in on short notice.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, and Dr. Bravin is thorough and very helpful. However, I waited an hour before I was seen, and I was there a total of two hours. I had hoped that the new facility would help the staff be more efficient, but that still hasn’t happened.
I had a concern about my right eye and they were able to reschedule my initial appointment Tuesday morning. I was able to see Dr. Lacoste and find out what was wrong and later pick up some eye drops at Walgreens. I am very thankful for them squeezing me in on short notice.
