  1. Terrible customers service!!!!!! Dont use this company! They wont call you back if you need help with any issues. Fair weather friends there to make a sale but not to support it.

  2. Sometimes they pick up the trash, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they only pick up one of the two bins. Just depends on how they feel that day I guess.

  4. Great service for a great price. Communication could be better though they do leave advance voice mails when service is moved due to weather or other circumstances.

  13. Awful awful service, terrible company. Unreliable, unprofessional, bad work, there is nothing good about this company. They skip pickups, take half the load, refuse to answer their phones, and fail in every aspect a company can fail in. DO NOT USE is my recommendation.

  30. Missed trashed so many times. If it rains they have an excuse not to come. If it’s recycling day they will just not pick it up. When you want a refund for all the days they have missed they say they can’t do it. So they extend their service…more torture.

  32. I just called Douglas County Sheriffs Department. Came down my country road to find a Garbage Man driver, which they are not our server nor where there garbage cans out, going through our mail package box. He drove off as I approached.

  33. The new service has been great. They are fast, complete, and are pleasant. I have had no issues. They have even come back to our house on larger items which they needed assistance from another worker.

  37. The most aggressive collections policy ever, for fees and surcharges that is. Their billing statements come from the future, as in five or six ahead of the present date, and are due upon receipt with no date stated , that way they can hit you with late fees every chance they get. They don’t deserve a single star at all.
