  7. I trust Dr Thos. Nguyen and the medical staff. Sadly, office support is so lacking that I won’t be back. The mgr., Kathy, requires you to sign a contract that Medicare.gov says can cost you your benefits, and the bathroom had no running water for handwashing.

  12. The PA that saw me was really nice and attentive. Overall good experience except the bathroom was really gross. A medical facility shouldn’t have a dirty bathroom. There’s a sign in the bathroom that says to let the front know if the bathroom needs attending, however I think it’s the staffs job to check that throughout the day.

  18. I would never recommend this group they charged my insurance $250.00 for a office visit which was actually a phone call. Rarely will you see an actual physician only assistants or staff.
