The Little Clinic was fast and efficient. Jeanne, the nurse practitioner, gave us her cell number and even called to check on my daughter. Glad we went here!
I set a appointment for me and my girl friend on line we were both very sick and traveled together they would only see one of us lunch was more important then fitting us both in. So I didn’t get my visit. You should post lunch times on your site. Go to Vandalia
Have been waiting over 35 or 40 minutes no service. Then they finally come out and get the person who checked in after us. Last time I came here they had great service those days are over. …
Update bad place to go i thought this would be nice place went there for an eye infection that nurse or whatever Nicole ccalhoune was very rude hostel like person did not even check my eye or give me any pain pills for this very bad …
The receptionist was extremely rude. I was asking her a question at the desk. She answered and I proceeded to talk because I had a followup question. When her phone rang she answered while I was speaking and did not put the call on hold. I felt dismissed and disrespected. Very bad experience. I walked out and will not return.
I went with a really bad sore throat, fever, headache. I was miserable! She never did a strep and gave me allergy medicine which I had already been taking! A waste of my money and my time!
Continued poor service at this location. You come in at 3 pm, only one there, provider decides to go to lunch. Website said no wait for the 20 minutes it took to drive there. Previously, front desk clerk decides to not show up, go away is …
Took my son here today for being sick and he saw Thania Kanpke and I thought she was great with my son and thorough. Very convenient for us too because I was able to make a 9:30am appt online at 8am so only waited two minutes before being seen.
I actually had to ask for my co pay back I never did get in to see anyone. Beware walkins are not welcome
I walked in signed in the wait time was posted as 45 minutes. An hour and a …

Make sure you don’t have anything important planned after you leave here because every single time I come here I spend about 45 minutes waiting to get seen even if I’m the only person in the waiting room. Everyone is usually friendly, but …
Went there yesterday and felt absolutely terrible, sore throat, pressure in my face, ear pain, green mucous, and chills for 3 days. Been exsposed to strep twice in the last week. PA did not run a strep test and dismissed me with allergies, …
I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves it. I went for a UTI back in April. The doctor told me I didn’t have one and told me it’s because I drink too much Diet Coke? Ok? ANYWAY, I end up being in so much pain I have to go to the …
Went today with the worst sore throat ever. Saw the nurse practitioner Kathryn, was diagnosed with strep. She was super concerned for me and got me meds quick. I am already starting to feel better. Thank you little clinic and Kathryn!
Poorly managed service hours. I can’t comment on the care, but so far in my experience (x2 attempts) they aren’t available during their posted hours. No posted lunch hour on Google link. However, when we arrived at 12:40 we found they were …
Terrible experience, I came here because its closer to where I live. I went in with dizziness, sore throat cough itchy ears. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before being seen, when I got seen nurse was not very concerned …
I’m only giving two stars because one of the nurses actually seems to care about her patients, the other does not. I was in yesterday for extremely sore throat, sinus congestion, and cough. The nurse practitioner, Nicole Calhoun, barely …
Was seen by a nurse practitioner on 3/25/19, after waiting an hour and a half, they did a flu test and said it came back negative. They said since I did not have a ear infection/fever there was nothing they could do other than give me cough …
The nurses are friendly. But that nurse practitioner who is always there is not friendly at all. She doesn’t smile, or greet you. Just gets on with buisness and gets you out the door. I’ve felt uncomfortable with her on many occasions. 😕 …
I went to have a covid test today and aside from having to stick a swab in my nostril, I had a very pleasant experience. When I arrived I called from my car as instructed and was told exactly what to expect. Each person I spoke with was …
I had very kind and professional service at the Little Clinic today. The tech and the N.P. were great, I was seen quickly, given a thorough exam, and had my prescription sent straight to the pharmacy. My doctor no longer takes my insurance, so I am thankful that I can still receive good care!
We signed in online .. it gave us a time to come in. We waited about 10 minutes (we arrived 15 mins early) got in. And got out fast!! The nurse was amazing. The nurse practitioner was amazing. Over all we were in and out in about 25 …
Took my 4 year old there this past Saturday, the lady was great, very patient with him and lovely. He tested positive for strep. I went in Tuesday because now my throat hurts, different lady, she was great, my strep test was negative so she …
The nurse practitioner that saw me was awesome, very personable, listened to what I had to stay and didn’t rush me out. I had an appt, so I didn’t have to wait but just a couple minutes for them to clean the room from the previous person.
Staff are incredibly rude and unaccommodating, provider was unprofessional and grumpy. Stood in line for five minutes which made me five minutes late for my appointment which caused them to refuse to see me. Overall, going to this clinic was a very negative experience.
I knew what was wrong with me going in. I’m almost 50 years old. They only wanted to slap a Covid label on it. After telling all my symptoms, they did not even listen to my breathing. Told me it was viral from the minute I told them I …
I’ve used this location for years, and I never will again. Rude staff, grumpy and rude practitioner. Incredibly unprofessional. And if they tell you not to make an appointment to have a TB test checked, don’t believe them. They will deny …
This review is for those who have never had care from the little clinic before and do not want to make the biggest mistake by trusting these people as medical professionals while all you want is care to feel better; …
Timely service, very professional, very clean
better be rich or have very big savings to be able to go here
I had a wait but so worth it! Great care!
If you don’t want to fool with going to the doctor’s office and waiting too long this is the place to go in Englewood for medical help
Not good at all. They can’t diagnose a flat tire in front of them.
Great service.. Better than my MD because he takes days to get it. . very friendly
I love the little clinic! They are polite, professional and take the time to listen!!
i went there i like it i had good service, and the doctor that i saw was very nice and courteous…this is a very nice place to go..
Advertises walk ins, and it’s appointment only. Don’t waste your time.
No point in scheduling an appointment, still going to be there over an hour and pretty sure she googled what to prescribe…
Wait time was ridiculous waited 2 and half hours before I was even sent back to the room. Had severe cough and flu symptoms. But just kept waiting

Tina greeted us last eve with so much professionalism, kindness and friendliness. Kudos for a great worker. We were there to get our Covid vaccine.
