They are slow on helping you……
Less than zero stars! Ridiculous.
So slow. No customer service and long waits.
The doctor’s seem ok but it is so poorly run that our experience was terrible. I would suggest avoiding this business if at all possible…
They have taken care of my wife, step daughter and step son. Last visit was quick and easy.
Emily was very rude an offensive.. PA. Wouldn’t see us at state st. Or goleta .. office .needing to get refills . Very bad experience..
Very knowledgeable and professional. Walked in and there was not too long of a wait. Waiting room was clean and comfortable.
A friend went in and was told he had a viral infection. Was told to go home and take zinc. Turns out he has bronchitis. What a joke this place is. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Excellent clinic. Dr Fernandez did a great job diagnosing and explaining. Staff was all very helpful and nice.
Doctor mark wienpahl is a gentleman
my english is not so good ,but He is so patient ,so courteous with me.his attitude moved me . He is the best doctor that I met .I appreciate for his help

Got something in my eye so went in. Doctor was great very nice and was able to get the piece of rusty metal sliver out. Very affordable!
Went here for a covid test. It’s been a hour and a half with no response from them. I asked a doctor inside if I could ask him a question and he ignored me. Go anywhere else.
They say 1-1/2 it is actually 3-1/2 hour wait but not taking anyone back. This place is sorry. If you want prompt service this is not the place to go. There was someone very sick and they were told to wait or go to the ER. Very rude
Yes, they are picky with late hours, we were there at 7pm, they told us we cannot be seen.
Next morning we went there (it was not super urgent and we could wait), the stuff was the same, more friendlier and their doctors were courteous.
We had a decent experience. The receptionist was straight forward and to-the-point. The doctor was personable and addressed the medical issue we came in for.
Saw PA Kristin Stewart without a wait for a migraine. She sent me for C.T. scan I have a microvascular disease. For the past few years Ive told my doctors of symptoms Kristin took care of it in minutes. Thank you and the staff for all your help.
Horrible experience here. I haven’t even finished my visit yet and Ive already experienced horrible customer service from the front desk woman. Curt, rude, gives hardly any information and when asked for more snaps back a reply. I came here …
I would give a 0 star if possible because of how unprofessional the staff and doctors are with their tone, choice of words, and actions they do/(don’t do). They refused to see me one time. They refused to explore options of treatment because the doctor didn’t believe my symptoms because I was “new”.
Was injured in a fall and just passing through the area on vacation so no family doctor. Went to Medcenter as closest urgent care. The doctor and staff were amazing. Stitched me up and sent me on my way in a professional, efficient and caring manner. Excellent medical care. Kathy
Was turned away at 7:30. Says they are open until 8. Fix your hours on your website and on Google. …
I have been a patient of this practice for over a year and I could not be happier! I had Dr. Alan Wexler at first but he did not look very interested on really explaining or diagnosing any of my complaints. Then once I needed to so my …
After injuring my leg in an evening basketball game, I went in to this center to see if I had torn my Achilles. The staff was nice – as was the doctor – and I was assured that it was not my Achilles and given an anti-inflammatory. …
the doctor on duty belittled my symptoms and told me to call back 5 days after my appointment if i was still feeling the same way or worse. i called back explaining that i felt much worse and they insisted i come in again to see if i should …
Showed up at 7:30pm for a pre-employment drug screen. Little did I know they stop doing those at 6pm. It doesn’t say this anywhere on the website, only that they close at 8pm. I’m now going to miss the drug screen deadline and risk not …
Extremely unprofessional. I came in with what I thought was a broken left big toe, they took x-rays before I was seen by a doctor. The doctor could not read my x-rays and had to call a radiologist in downtown Santa Barbara in order to …
Receptionist (long brown hair and gold rimmed glasses) was extremely rude and talking badly about patients inside the lobby. She would constantly scoff and snap at people. …
Place is the worst. After waiting 2 hrs and waiting for my insurance stuff to be figured out. They finally gave me a Covid test my work wanted me to get. The Dr was creepy and something seemed weird about the whole process. The q tip was brown and didn’t look clean. Stay away from this place, sketchy!
Liked the registration – refreshing to see technology at work. The doctor was very awkward, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes which is incredible for urgent care. Two complaints here – the receptionist was completely rude and …
Do not go here to get Covid tested, even if you’ve called to make sure your insurance will cover it. They charge 155 dollars for an “office visit” where you sit in the car for two hours waiting for a doctor to swab your nose for all of a …
Even though the waiting room was full (it WAS a mid-morning Saturday), the office staff was courteous and kind, and the wait was less than 20 minutes. The nurse/medical assistant(?) was very reassuring and friendly, and Dr. Wienpahl was …
Sweet Jesus. This is the worst doctors office of all time. I came in here for chronic asthma and was prescribed a steroid inhaler I’ve been taking for the last few years. This year my insurance company stopped covering it. The pharmacy …
I have read a lot of these bad reviews and in ten years of coming here I have never seen any of that stuff. You may have to wait a while if you go at a busy time but that is all. I probably would be dead if a nurse practitioner here had not got me on blood pressure meds when I came in for something unrelated.
They honestly are friendly staff, for the most part some are def mm rude to put it appropriately, but this place has absolutely no senses of urgency to anything. They always have the “I’m sorry, we are under staffed” sign, so why not hire …
I wish I had read the reviews before coming here but unfortunately with Santa Barbara’s terrible access to COVID testing I had no choice. The operations here was in complete disarray. The last straw was when an employee was being a …
Honestly avoid this place at all cost. I wouldn’t even trust my children here. There was an extremely rude older male doctor. We were told an hour and a half and we waited almost 2 and a half and still didn’t get test. Had to end up …
Super sleazy with billing. They will send a bill to collections without giving you any notice. Not very co-operative either when trying to resolve the situation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The doctors themselves are very good and very experienced. The reception staff however is often rude, and dismissive when speaking to patients, and responding to their simple questions. They have this outdoor check-in process that doesn’t …
Dr. Wienpahl is awesome. He listened to me and seemed to have great answers without typing on a computer. He was kind and helpful and I did not feel rushed. Thank you Dr. Mark Wienpahl!
