Everyone there was so kind and patient with my eye exam and Christina helped me pick out glasses that fit my face perfectly. Such a good environment. They don’t want you to go home unhappy!
Poor communication between office staff and surgical unit. Limited time with the doctor as he had unskilled staff do most of the testing, exams, etc. and even has a different, younger doctor do the follow up exam after the cataract surgery that he performed.

Poor scheduling waited an hour past my appointed time to be seen. Mentioned my eyeglasses needed improvement as my left lens was not sharp. Called for updated prescription and told new refraction measurements were not recorded and would have to make another appointment to get it done.
I had cataract surgery and lens inserted to each eye (multi focal lens). Dr. Patil and her team are very professional and my surgery has been life changing. I had no complications and I was well informed every step of the way.
Dr Katz is wonderful. He’s been my doctor for years and he saved my eyesight. At one point I was seeing him 3 times a week for about 6 weeks or more. He literally saved me from losing sight in my left eye. The support team members do a nice job as well.
