The receptionist at the front desk are so rude and unprofessional. They are not even nice to you. You would feel not welcome here the first word you start to talk to them. Could have been nice if they are hiring more nicer people to work for them.

Nice enough people, but they have messed up sending our prescriptions to the correct pharmacy on four occasions. When the error is brought to their attention they then put the onus on the patient to rectify it. That, in my book, is sub-par customer care.
