Just recieved book mark for death in the family the dates are wrong and it seems they do not want to fix the $ 500.00 out of pocket mess up what a worthless newspaper in a time of grief!!!
They should cover local news more and stop trying to swing with national politics. Give people a reason to pick up the paper or pay to subscribe online. Local news and less national screaming I would suggest.
Worst news company ever. These losers are stuck in the 70’s. Whoever is in charge over there must be dead in his office and no one wants to go in to check up on them because they are afraid they’ll get replaced, so the employees are all old and outdated like everything about this pathetic company.
If you signup be aware you can’t cancel online and they force you to sit through a guilt trip after on a phone call. Really scummy way to do things and I definitely won’t signup again.
I was at the Wallingford market in May 2015 and a Seattle times sales representative at a booth asked if I’d like to sign up for a free four week trial of Sunday newspapers. It was a hot day and he gave me two free bottles of water as …
The building is quite nice – we had a reception there and it was a good location. The paper itself is first-class – they do some very impressive reporting and all of Seattle and beyond deserves to be proud of their journalistic quality and integrity.
I signed up for The Seattle Times in December of 2016 at the Nutcracker. Since I live in North Bend, the salesperson wasn’t certain if they would deliver to me. After a couple of months of not receiving a paper and seeing no charges on my …
Excellent editors and writers. They represent the best free-press newspaper in the nation. Print paper is outstanding but online news is riddled with errors and those editors don’t do as well at determining what is really news.
I’ve been reading the Seattle Times for over 20+ years and I always enjoy reading your paper. Recently I subscribed to your digital subscription and I am so pleased with it. I get access from my phone, computer and it is so convenient to …
Interested in supporting our local paper although we shouldn’t print as much. Sign up and was told no obligation! Got some swag for it, only did this as my 5 yo like the comic and wanted him to read more. Call to cancel and told I signed …
I enjoyed the paper but when trying to cancel, the disrespectful representative would not cancel my subscription. I had to file a complaint with my credit card. If you’re not going to stop the subscription you’ll be OK. Otherwise it’s a huge hassle. I won’t re-subscribe.
Customer service is essentially non-existent. Forget trying to reach them on the phone, or, email. Sometime ago, I in the spirit of supporting a local independent news paper subscribed for online access, it was a disaster! Kept getting …
Hated it
Neat older building.
Get with the times. Seattle’s holdout fold out.
Best newspaper in the country
Nice people, Great writing.
Rita Salazar is the best customer service representative
Keep charging me month after month w/o delivering anything.
It took 5days of phone calls to get results but I finally did
Always important, remember to check the source. Maybe try some alternative press?
Very nice ppl, i’ll start with them next week as a sr. Engineer!
This is the WORST rag newspaper in Seattle, very opinionated, tired reporters, and horrible sports writers.
Nice building.. Also home to best buy seattle technical engineering center..
Family owned and operated for over 120 years! Dedicated and trusted news source for Washington.
Fantastic newspaper. It’s good online, but I prefer the old fashioned physical version.
I worked there 12 yrs ago and at 45 I have never found a better place to call home. Xoxo
They trick people to subscribe the newspaper but the paper was never delivered. After couple months, you receive a debt collection. Terrible company!

I believe local newspapers are very important to keep the community focused on local issues.

Trash corporate media. Consistently terrible takes on transportation, housing, land use, etc. This isn’t a “local paper”.
