THE ABSOLUTE WORSE ONLINE BILL PAYMENT PLATFORM! It never allows me to pay online and constantly tells me “my session has expired.” I have had to refresh my page for 30 minutes, just to pay a bill. I absolutely do not like this online platform.
Just like their sister company that deals with gas, these creatures are disgusting. Terrible customer service, nearly impossible to reach a human, and filthy charging practices. These ones also won’t allow a payment with a credit card, even though other UI co’s do.

I am exceptionally happy with the UI Company. Have been living on Elm ST in West Haven for ten years and our lights have never gone out. Kudos to all the workers who bust their tails to make this all happen. My only gripe is that we have to pay what, four bucks more to make telephone payments!
