This place is awesome the surgeons are awesome the hospital is awesome very helpful very knowledgeable great hospital great doctors great staff great nurses great lunchroom just great
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO FIND ANOTHER FACILITY, EVEN IF IS OUT OF STATE: PLEASE DO SO!!! IM BEGGING YOU, PLEASE!!! I WON’T SAY MORE IN THIS FORUM, BECAUSE I’VE BEEN ASKED NOT TO, BUT I WANT TO WARN YOU TO PLEASE FIND ANOTHER MEDICAL FACILITY TO SEEK ANY MEDICAL HELP!
Worst place ever. Worse setup i have ever seen. People in pain left sitting for hours. No room. Needs to redone. Whoever did this set up needs to be sued
From my experience todayAt the University of Tennessee hospitalFor my hernia surgeryI want to thank all the doctors the nurses and the orderlies and everybody involvedThank you thank you thank you
It’s sad when the parking lot attendants can tell you who goes in and who don’t and you have to send your 77 yr old Dad in with dementia by himself to try and find his way to and back from where he is supposed to go
The place is huge with all kinds of services, medical. You get lost quickly and some of the staff are very rude. But all in all it’s the place to get medical help.
Long walk to Bldg B to the PODIATRIST office for Dr Hancock. A PODIATRIST, where the patients have trouble walking!!! Ridiculous! Only one way in the building!!!!!
The trauma icu should have more nurses for each room not 1 nurse for every 3 rooms no patient should have to wait 4 hours or just when the nurse thinks they want to look in on them especially when that patient cant move or talk for them self
Very convenient when either being d/c’do from hospital or when seeing a doc in medical office bldgs. No need 2 stop on way home, can get filled right there, and the wait isn’t too long (esp if you consider you h leave hospital, go to your pharmacy, park there & go in, either wait there, or go home & then have 2 get back out…).
I witnessed Amy Perkins being rude and obnoxious to several patients and their family. If she is the reflection of the hospital then my business will go to Tennova!!! Review. -0
servis is very bed. i hav daughder doing a fal, hit head on za azfalt, dogdor no helbing wiz zis. she do gym, koming home and is do fal on azfalt. head do a konkujon, i wand to giv 0 star but no chois.
The worst care for my poor mother, they were agresaive putting her in the bed until I phically stood in front of them watching them, lazy as as a person can be (nurses) sleeping on company time ,they get mad when asked to do something like …
The nursing staff have been horrible . No communication between patient and doctors . Care has been the worst and no option to transfer at this point . No care for the patients comfort . Would not recommend this hospital use to be one of the best not anymore ..
Came here because of an allergic reaction for my first time. Was treated with amazing respect, calmness, and understanding by all staff. I definitely recommend.
My Mom See’s an oncologist at UT named Dr. Hannah and he is a wonderful physician and so is is assistant, they are both caring and seem to have great concern for thier patients so I most definitely would highly recommend them both of you or …
Came to the ER today at 2 pm. My wife’s BP was spiking over 200. Still sitting in waiting room at 8:10 pm waiting to go back. Lots of upset people in the ER right now.
Nurses and staffing are very rude my mother was in ICU they get rude with you get smart with you and everything I would not recommend this hospital to anyone used to be the best one they need to get their nurses in check!
No stars! Look up V2K technology and torture on the internet! Dr. Boone did this to me. Satanic and Demonic technology done on innocent senior citizens without their knowledge. Do not go to a research hospital like UT.
Keeps giving people Bacteria Staff infections. Myrsia. And such. Had ample time to cleanse hospital during Covid but it’s still there like for years. Why?
Have been waiting forever for transportation between bldg E to main hospital. Sam “has been on his way” for almost an hour. I have an elderly mother on a walker and cannot trot her from bldg to bldg. This is really uncalled for. No reason to keep patients waiting forever.
I didn’t realize how great UT ED was until I made the mistake of going to Tennova North. When I went to UT in Dec with Covid pneumonia they were phenomenal. Great staff and great doctors. I was still having COVID issues and Tennova was closer this time. That will never matter again. UT has a great staff.
Took my best friend there for possible seizures for MS. Never gave any pain meds for migraine associated with this. I came in the room and he’s on the floor and they had no idea about it. Doctors only on call, no doctors there to help night time patients.
My husband was airlifted to UT because of a massive heart attack were he had to have CPR preformed to save his life at another hospital he was lifeflighted out he has broken ribs from CPR and we are fine with that has aspersion pneumonia …
ER was dirty, and the nurses were not professional. So much horseplay in the hallway, was like sitting at a high school rally. my husband felt safer by signing himself out!
I would give this hospital 0 stars! They icu trauma was great but Some of the other staff are very mean!!! They’re nothing but rude and disrespectful to patients! They’ve made fun of me and my mother becuz she was crying in pain they’ve left her setting in her own pee! This place is ridiculous they need a whole different staff
My father gave this place over 30 yrs of service and retired from the hospital only to rec care you would expect in a 3rd world country. I am absolutely disgusting the way they handle the care of my father that ultimately ended in his death. 👎👎 …
If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
It has taken me a long time to finally speak out about my experience with UT. I am begging anyone who goes here for prenatal care and intends on having their …
I love University Pharmacy!! I work next door and it’s not only convenient but the staff is awesome!!! Professional, kind and very helpful whether you’re in person or on the phone and the best thing is when I go to pick my prescriptions …
Came in with my girlfriend for baby reasons we told doctors that both of us had tested positive at Christmas. They shouldn’t have tested her again yet the did and now we are quarantined for a mistake that they made.
UT is like a POW camp from start to finish I was treated worse than a mangy dog starved and thirsted to
death for near 3 days never again do want to go back there nor would I recommend them.
I have been using the specialty pharmacy for a little while now and I am absolutely amazed with them! Every single person has been so nice and so helpful. My prescriptions are filled very quickly and they even deliver them if I can’t pick …
Just received a bill this year for a surgery I had in March 2019. Was told that bills were sent to me, which I never received. I did not contact them at the time because I assumed my insurance paid it all. In fact, it is their responsibility to make sure I receive the bill.
My son is in there. They refuse to tell me or his wife anything. We are not allowed to visit or they will call security on us and we think they are giving him surgery. Way to go UT. Also they are not feeding my son so that’s why we think they are doing surgery.
Emergency room wait was horrible, they put a IV
in at triage then waited in emergency room lobby for 8 hrs in those plastic hard chairs before seeing a dr which was in the room for 5 min. What a wasted day, will not be back to their emergency room period.
BEST. HOSPITAL. EVER. Thank you to the Critical Care Unit nurses, doctors, and staff. Thank you to Dr. Nicholson and the surgical team. EVERY person working here that I came into contact with was so professional and kind. Oh, and they happened to save my life …what more needs to be said other than another big THANK YOU!
On July 27th 2020 my son Elijah Thomas Ray Bryant was born sleeping. I’m about to tell you about how my experience went with this hospital. Around 20 weeks, they told me my son had a rare genetic disorder can renal agnisis. It’s where the …
My girlfriend was recently in a car accident and had to have surgery and had to stay the night in the East wing. When I tell you the receptionist that answer the nurse calls are very rude, they don’t relay messages when you need your …
Much better than Vanderbilt by far. After 20 years of taking friends to see doctors and go through emergency rooms in Nashville and Knoxville I would never go to Nashville myself. UT is the only place I’d feel safe.
Doctors were nice and helped out some.. But they said I had a heart attack and had to stay the night and it was forsure not a gd stay. After not getting any rest and making me do all kinds of test that were not needed. I Missed work and …
All I’m going to say is I hope and pray nobody else has the experience that I had at this Band-Aid clinic. They work harder at trying to do nothing then they do trying to help anyone. And the lack of care and compassion is unmatched!! You are legitimately better off going to a walk-in clinic!
Leave my dad for one day and come to find this mess….smh His lunch tray is still here and now his dinner try has been delivered. It’s been taking forever for anyone to help him get to the bathroom. Not a UT fan.
First I have to be clear about something. I don’t enjoy going to the hospital at all. But when it’s time to leave I do enjoy stopping at the pharmacy. Only because they are so polite and they do the best they can to work with the prices to …
I had surgery and was inpatient for a few days and I can honestly say that all of the doctors, nurses and CNAs were so great to me! I was so worried about staying for several days in the middle of a pandemic but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. And the food was also always good, and the hospital was very clean.
Had an appt for an MRI that wasnt even confirmed by the hospital. I had to call to confirm and then no one told me not to do or not to do that. So after arriving and parking and walking, my appt was canceled because i had something to drink. Worst hospital!!
This Er has totally went down hill and will never ever go back, They won’t even do test for anything just send you away and tell u drink fluids and rest!!!!
I delivered both of my children here. One in 2015 and the other 2021. I highly recommend the staff in the labor and delivery wing and the nurses in the mother baby rooms are exceptional.
My Mother went in for a simple hip repair surgery and never came out alive. She died in the hands of these people. The worst part is that NOONE EVER EXPLAINED TO US WHAT HAPPENED! No doctor ever gathered us up to tell us what went wrong. …

Most of the younger Nurses are as rude as they come, the people on the other end of the nurse call button are rude and do not give the nurse your need or issue, my IV ran out 45 minutes ago, I hit the nurse button to speak with a very rude …
NEGLECTFUL and SHORT-STAFFED!! If zero were an option that would be a better choice. A handful of nurses and CNA’s deserve a promotion but for the most part, you do not want this staff caring for anyone in your family. …
Right now we’re at the Er it’s 1am, we’ve been here 9 hours, no beds or rooms is what they’re saying. I understand with the pandemic going on and that these are challenging times. But come on, my husband is bleeding in his stomach …
The nurses are very caring here I feel very taken care of while I was waiting for a CT scan I wish I knew their name so I could’ve given them a shout out but the nurses that worked overnight in the CT scan area on 5/28-5/29 for room 32 were amazing and shout out to all of you that helped me

First off, this hospital charges $10 to get out of the parking lot. $10 dollars to park your car. Some of the doctors have ridiculous office schedules that make it damn near impossible to get an appointment that works with my schedule. The …
Dr Russ did an awesome job on my surgery back in November of 2019. He removed a cancerous tumor. If it weren’t for Father Yahuah and Dr.Russ I would have died.

I went in to get my pinky finger examined due to injury. I was in and out in about 2 hours or so. Staff was friendly, nice, and conversational. I would recommend this place to anyone who needed their services as opposed to prior reviews. The only thing I found dirty was the elevator from the car garage that was littered with trash.
My dad was airlifted here because he was in a 4 wheeler accident. They call my mom and tell her everything was great and he would be discharged that night. When we arrived (hours later as we live in Jamestown), they told her something …

The best doctor in Knoxville! Dr.Debusk is extremely professional, he is 100% thorough. His team is just so friendly and everyone really takes care of you! I’m so happy I was referred to Dr.Debusk, I know I’m in the right hands!
Personally i believe the triage nurses hate their jobs. Ive never had to deal with rude nurses here until now. Instead of them getting frustrated cause they can’t draw blood from.me maybe they should listen to me when I tell them where …

Evil, wicked, and greedy hospital. I was injured in an auto accident and was taken here by an ambulance. If I had a choice, I would not have gone here. The care I received was awful, the doctors did an unnecessary CT scan instead of a …
This is an excellent hospital. All hospitals have their singular issues but most of the bad reviews on here sound like people who think they’re staying at a hotel not a hospital. Everyone should keep in mind that any one experience is not …

They treat you so good here. I have always been treated with great respect here. They have excellent doctor’s and nurses. The receptionist are great here also. I don’t dread going each month to UT. I am at ease when I visit. The only thing that I dread is the drive.

Short staffed, resident doctors don’t want to listen. They are know it alls. Ready to ship people out quickly. Not testing patients for COVID before releasing. So it’s okay to send COVID patients to nursing facilities to spread virus to patients and staff. Shame on you UT Hospital, Shame 😞😡 Please be an advocate for your Love Ones!! …
Not impressed with their communication with each other . And their scheduling for the patients were sporadically insane . They may come in in 2 hours or you may not see them for 6 hour.

One of the most absolutely worst experiences I have ever had with a hospital. Even the nurses said they would never have their baby there. They had no sense of urgency, wouldn’t listen to my daughter or me, they waited almost 7 hrs …
This ER is a joke. Hours of waiting, they are completely overwhelmed. I will NEVER come here again. Will be switching insurance companies to make sure we never have to. All they care about is if you’re wearing a %#@ing mask. There must be 100 people waiting, spread all over the place.
Had to have a CT scan to confirm Pancreatic Cancer. Was treated very well and the staff was not only nice but super supportive. Made the scan as easy as it could be. Facility was clean and organized.
5 stars for my surgery and my husband’s surgery which both COULD NOT HAVE GONE BETTER. We both had a small tumor removed. Dr. White, urology, and Dr. Vaghaiwalla, for my thyroid, did phenomenal jobs. This is a teaching hospital so yes there …

I just got surgery done to extract an infected organ. It went amazing and was a fun experience overall. The nurses and doctors were super nice to me. Great overall because I recently went to a previous hospital then here, and could’ve underwent septicemia because the other hospital didn’t do their half.

Stayed overnight after having a procedure. Nurses were very helpful and friendly throughout the night. Can’t remember my night and morning nurses name but all was great. Ben was my morning nurse. He was very helpful and quick getting me out of hospital. Thank you all.
This place is a sea of doomed humanity attended by indifferent personnel who checked out of compassion a long time ago. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Eating their door dash in front of us while we wait for 8-10 hours or more for three minutes with a doctor.
I been at UT Hospital multiple times and never had a problem. If you don’t have a real emergency you can expect to wait a long time but that should be obvious to the many people complaining in the comments.
My daughter went to emergency room was kept in emergency area for a week with no visitors, then was transported to moccasin bend way in Chattanooga got there around 6 in evening then was found dead next morning why was she even sent there …
Seriously? Honestly I’m still in shock at how awful the UTK ER has become. My family has been going to this hospital for years and it really has declined. Minimal patient care. Chad, the team lead in the ER was an absolute nightmare. If it wasn’t for the other staff I would have given one 🌟 …

I love the gyn I see here; the building and parking garages are awful. I regularly spent 15-30 minutes finding a parking spot. And then have to pay for parking half the time I have appointments. The buildings are not easy to navigate once you get inside, either.
Ive never seen such a horrific bleed on skin. SHAME ON YOU…1.5 hours, after call light, still no one to change mom. Her skin is so burnt from the acidy bm’s, it just bleeds. Don’t worry UT Hospital. 12th floor. I changed her myself…I …
Seems as if my mother-in-law does not get the help/care that she deserves.
12th floor (East) has been the worst experience that we’ve encountered. Lunch tray will be un touched when dinner tray arrives and she is listed as a feeder. …
My father was taken by ambulance to UT Hospital for a bad fall with lacerations. While it took hours to be seen which is typical of most hospitals the Dr and nurses were so compassionate to my father and family. It was greatly appreciated under stressful circumstances.
So the best part of this hospital is Dr. Salaita and the dayshift in the ICU. My father had a stroke and they were all incredible – especially the Dr. One start off for the night shift nurse, Wesley, who had ZERO empathy with my father. …
By far the worse hospital ever. Can’t get meds for 7 hours after they were due.Couldn’t eat or drink because of tests never done. IV fell out and bled like crazy but couldn’t get nurse to address it for 9 hours. Waited in ER 14 hours then …
flew my husband in last night about 11 pm. We haven’t seen a dr. Yet and the nurse kicked us out about 2:30 this morning. Even his wife. They said due to covid regulations. Visiting hours are from 9- am-10pm. Apparently there’s no covid during this time but there is after 10 pm
My son in law was in a motorcycle accident which resulted in several major injuries, 2 compound fractures in left leg, broken left hand, 2 spinal fractures, and a traumatic brain injury. UT put a rod in his leg, didn’t treat anything else, …
My husband had his first and last ER visit to UT Hospital. I gave 1 star with my review only because I could not choose zero! He lost consciousness at home, 911 was called, and he was transported to the UT ER Department. They gave him iv …
Rude, slimy, unorganized, trashy. Only words I have for the “doctors” who I waited 13 hrs for and was never given a bed. I have never been so disrespected in my life. From one fat nurse named William telling me he’s “not a dermatologist” …
The hospital has good service when not short handed. Parking is ridiculous I spent 10 minutes trying to find parking because some of the parking garages were blocked off setting empty. Not enough handicap spots. Very frustrating! If …
I was admitted Sunday,10, 2022. The ER was very busy. I went by ambulance. I had great experience. I had a stroke. Everyone was so kind. Was on 6th floor. All workers, Dr’s, nurses, down to the cleaning staff were all so kind and …
I’ve always had great care at UT. With Cancer surgeries, treatments, and another Emergency surgery. However my wife and daughter were in a car accident, thank God they are alive, But she had an 10 inch long 2 inch wide gash on her head …
I was admitted for for major surgery and was on the Neurosurgeons Vascular Surgery 9th floor for several days over Christmas and I wish I could give more stars. The nurses, the CNA, the cafeteria, my surgeons, each person who directed my care was amazing. I thank UT Hospital. This is truly a wonderful facility.
We had to have my mother brought by ambulance from NHC Farragut to UT Hospital ER. They got her in a room immediately and two nurses got her settled and as comfy as you can be with a back fracture. The care was excellent. In the ER, you …
Wanted to share my experience I went here for a scheduled surgery I had kidney stones on both sides and needed bi-lateral mini PCNL. It was a long day mostly waiting on an operating room but that is expected after covid/with staff …
Dr Enomoto is a Goddess. She performed a Major Surgery on my Husband and gave him back to me. Her staff is also Amazing. Especially Lori and Julia.
Valet Parking is also extremely good. Trinity is very polite and Fast at her job.
Front desk lady, vital sign ladies, triage nurse (awesome!) and er nurse were all very kind. And the PA was at first but when he came back in the second time, he was rather cold and rude. Acted like my pain wasn’t valid. Kidney stones, of …
Three stars is because they did a through job to make sure the accurate diagnosis. However I understand it takes a while to see someone and exams and get a room but 8 hours??! Sorry but that is ridiculous! Also after I finally saw the …
If I were evaluating all the associates in ER except the provider, it would be more than 1 star. I don’t usually go to the emergency room, and last night reconfirmed I would not go back unless I was unconscious or in a traumatic incident. I …
I had my baby there. We had to stay for 5 days and while we was there, the ladies on the L&D floor was amazing. I’m a first time mother so they helped me with any and all questions I had. Only thing I didn’t like was having to call to see …
Nursing staff is excellent. My family member has received excellent care. Staff has been competent, friendly and caring.
Waiting area for Women/Babies had bedbugs on the furniture. When I notified …
This is one of the worse places to work for. Apparently you can’t get sick within your 90 day window because if you miss 2 days your automatically let go. Even if you went to the ER they don’t accept Dr notes for a excused absence. They …
I was going to the cancer institute. Everyone is extremely nice. It’s a big place, on the 4th floor waiting area they have coffee and water. Parking was easy to find right up front (8 am). I also want to add, the other patients are …
I wish there could be zero stars. Still waiting after six hours to be seen for lab results taken four hours ago. They lost samples twice and will not provide services. Not only this, but they leave patients in the waiting room in horrible …
The entire medical staff and surgeons are amazing. My most recent experience has been with the Pat Summit Center where my father is patient of Dr Fernandez. He and the entire staff at Pat Summit from reception to Dr. Fernandez have …
High Risk Labor and Delivery. My daughter and son in law were treated wonderfully by the entire staff. The doctor’s were great and the nursing staff are even more so. Caring, empathic and fast to due what is called for. Thank you so much!!! You helped bring my new tiny grandson in to the world and you are all always I’m my prayers.
My husband just had a surgery at UT a few days ago. We had a great experience! The doctors and nursing staff are awesome! They did an amazing job on my husbands surgery and they took great care of him afterwards. Shout out to the nurse named Ginger you are awesome!!! Thank you all for taking such good care of my husband!
I have never in my life felt more cared for! I just had my baby here and I had to have an emergency C-section due to a prolapsed umbilical cord. Every OB, doctor, nurse etc made me feel safe. My nurse Kinsey held my hand the whole time they …
I’ve had nice experiences with UT Physicians as a whole. The wait time here can be hit or miss and often I spend more time than what was first intended. I don’t really get detailed instructions when it comes to procedures unless I ask or …
The nurses and doctors have been great. My mom fell during vacation and broke her arm and ankle. We were 8 hours from home, but they’ve been so attentive I feel comfortable to go home and travel back and forth to see her. No complaints …

Amazing place
Best Hospital in Knoxville!!!
The people here go out of their way to help!
The worst hospital ever
One of the best of its kind
It was friendly and clean
It has its pros and cons
Free parking for disabled.
This is the worst hospital ever..
This ER is horrible, nightmare…..
Plenty of parking in garage available
Good
If I could have put 0 stars I would.
They treat you terrible if you are alone.
Very rude
Great staff! They really are the best!
Very caring doctors here.
This is as good as it gets. Very helpful and professional staff.
They are helpful and kind.
They take great care of you when you need it.
Very very kind and helpful staff
It is said when you have to sit in the waiting room for over 5 hour and still waiting to be called back.
Very much appreciate all of the care I get from this medial center
Awful!!! Sat here for hours and get nothing done. I’ll never be back!
They did great and love them
Stuck me four times trying to get a line in..left me in pain
From rhe valet to all staff were all friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!!
They were nice and polite
Excellent caring knowledgeable staff.
No way to do a minus 1 star….
Great hospital an staff
This place is awesome the surgeons are awesome the hospital is awesome very helpful very knowledgeable great hospital great doctors great staff great nurses great lunchroom just great
At least is looks nice. Old Dyke with the colored hair at the desk in NCC was SO rude.
Don’t get sick and be poor, they will financially ruin you if you ever try to get your life back on track. Collections repeatedly.
Good place to get a shot in the arm. Like Covid or whatever. The parking garage is full.
Wait times are ridiculous for emergency room.
I’ve been in the ER for 8 hours. All they can tell me is
“There’s people who have been here 9 hours mam”
Went to the emergency room. They don’t tell you that your wait can be 6 plus hours.
Worst place ever. Worse setup i have ever seen. People in pain left sitting for hours. No room. Needs to redone. Whoever did this set up needs to be sued
From my experience todayAt the University of Tennessee hospitalFor my hernia surgeryI want to thank all the doctors the nurses and the orderlies and everybody involvedThank you thank you thank you
Saved my girlfriend from misery. She has 2 spinal fusions performed by DR. SNYDER AND DR. MILLER. BEST THERE IS!
The bed side manner is superb
It’s sad when the parking lot attendants can tell you who goes in and who don’t and you have to send your 77 yr old Dad in with dementia by himself to try and find his way to and back from where he is supposed to go
The place is huge with all kinds of services, medical. You get lost quickly and some of the staff are very rude. But all in all it’s the place to get medical help.
Hospital was very clean, care was above and beyond
Long walk to Bldg B to the PODIATRIST office for Dr Hancock. A PODIATRIST, where the patients have trouble walking!!! Ridiculous! Only one way in the building!!!!!
What a great user friendly place. Everyone is so helpful and friendly
Got a parking space!!!! A close one too. This is a rare happening.
I have the best doctor in East Tennessee
Medical staff particularly Sherry Trosper a phlebotomist there is an anti vaxxer and is putting vulnerable patients in danger
Clean, well tended to lobby areas. Many Volunteers to assist you to get to the area you’re looking for.
Phenomenal Staff! There truly are Angels among us.
The worst and poor service ever they need to close this freaking hopistal because its useless u might die before they treat you
Had to take my father the Emergency room after he had past out twice. We were in the waiting room for 3 hrs! Horrible experience!
Understaffed and slow, I would not recommend this er to anyone in need
Review. -0
My mom is in the hospital here its not a bad hospital but we like Oakridge hospital better
Dr attia is a poor excuse for a doctor. He plays the money game and didn’t go out of his way to heal my mom, she ended up dying in his care.
I love UTMC, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything medical, unless it was an absolute emergency and I wasn’t anywhere near UT.
Only go here if you are dying. ER room nasty as all get up. Poor staff.
servis is very bed. i hav daughder doing a fal, hit head on za azfalt, dogdor no helbing wiz zis. she do gym, koming home and is do fal on azfalt. head do a konkujon, i wand to giv 0 star but no chois.
Courtney Reeder in gynocology is best doctor I’ve ever had. Listened comforted was kind when I was scared. Got me through the biopsy.
Horrible experience. Have nothing good to say. My child was taken by life star due to car accident. Was treated horribly. Would never recommend.
5 days waitng on surgery. They keep saying it will be tomorrow.
I went there for a DEXA SCAN, they were friendly and the wait was short. The technician doing the test was pleasant and thorough.
I had to go to the ER ,the doctor
(Denise Semashko)🥰🤗
on call was amazing super sweet very kind, she seem to really care for her …
Keeps giving people Bacteria Staff infections. Myrsia.
ER was full and no beds. I was discharged by the administration. The nurses were gracious and kind. COVID-19 is alive and happening.
The food here is AWFUL! Fire Morrison’s Cafe! This food isn’t fit to eat!
Brandy at High risk was awesome!!!!
Keep being great lovely lady
#UT Medical
Does Abby Wyatt still work here? Because she doesn’t deserve to be practicing medicine.
UT is like a POW camp from start to finish I was treated worse than a mangy dog starved and thirsted to
death for near 3 days never again do want to go back there nor would I recommend them.
well don’t visit the er. worst er I ever visited and I have moved around quite a bit.
Sitting In ER for over 6 hours and still waiting! This is ridiculous , ER wasn’t Even that busy!!!!! Would NEVER recommend this place
BEST. HOSPITAL.
Well I came in on July 2 and I am still here all I can say I thank you to all the doctors nurses and cna all the staff is so nice
Rude people beginning with the parking attendants.
Walk into emergency & what a cush job to sit behind a desk & act condescending. …
When I tell you the receptionist that answer the nurse calls are very rude, they don’t relay messages when you need your …
The worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Why does it take 7 hrs to see an emergency room doctor?
Much better than Vanderbilt by far. After 20 years of taking friends to see doctors and go through emergency rooms in Nashville and Knoxville I would never go to Nashville myself. UT is the only place I’d feel safe.
Doctors were nice and helped out some.. But they said I had a heart attack and had to stay the night and it was forsure not a gd stay. After not getting any rest and making me do all kinds of test that were not needed. I Missed work and …
ER after they get your blood then they just forget you no one tell you a thing been in the RE. 14hrs stilllnothing HELP
UT is an awful hospital. We had a terrible experience with my grandmother.

Dr Russ did an awesome job on my surgery back in November of 2019. He removed a cancerous tumor. If it weren’t for Father Yahuah and Dr.Russ I would have died.

The emergency room is a joke. They may be capable if you can ever get out of the waiting room. We may never know. We will die in this waiting room.

Mri/G.i. registration totally lost my appointment. Stated that it was someone else’s fault. Turned out to be untrue. Not what you want to hear after taking a covid test 3 days prior just for this appointment and after not eating or drinking …
In 2017 I was in UT Medical Center’s ICU for a week then the Pulmonary ward for another week. While in the ICU, I was not giveny prescription medicines, and then was accused of taking my own from home, which they’d made me send home. In …
The best doctor in Knoxville!
Instead of them getting frustrated cause they can’t draw blood from.me maybe they should listen to me when I tell them where …
Worst 13 hours of my life. I am someone who has extremely high patience but. Not only did I wait 8 hour in the Emergency room just to be seen, I was sent home with simple instructions to eat better food. My bowel movements have been …

Update: I am now 9 weeks postpartum, almost 10 weeks, and this was the worst place to go to have a baby. I was so disappointed with labor and delivery, and with the day team. Everybody on night shift were amazing, except for in labor …

My wife had to spend three days in the hospital. During those three days, every single member of their staff were outstanding. Kudos go out to everyone on the eighth floor of the east wing. Especially those who came into room 826. These …
Short staffed, resident doctors don’t want to listen.
My daughter was in a pretty bad wreck and she got to the hospital at 10 am. CT scans were done by 1pm. She then sat in the waiting room until 9:30pm in a wheelchair waiting on her results and a available room to get said results! The nurse …

My wife was in a car crash and flown from NC here. When I arrived she was in the hallway completely naked with only their pathetic blanket covering half of her body. It was gonna be another 4 hrs before they could do simple xrays. She …
Had surgery in October 2019. Fairly complicated from what I was told. Dr. Kleppe was great, as were all the nurses. Two nurses in particular stood out Stephanie & Will. Think it was the 6th floor, not sure. But in the middle of the night, …
I had stayed in this hospital personally for 17 days incubating my little girl. Staying in a hospital is never fun but the nurses and doctors were wonderful and did their best to lift my spirits. On top of that, they were amazing at keeping …

Best experience ever with surgery and recovery. The best care anyone could ever hope for. The nurses are fantastic very caring. All of the hospital went out of their way to make this as pleasant as possible. Doctors are all top notch.

I came today with my brother in emergency room, and I saw a lot of people there taking care but the one who really been doing his best and I can’t find the best words to describe this hard worker is Brent Hannah, we really need more people …
My granddaughter was on labor and delivery. I AM 30 YEAR VETERAN NURSE. NEVER HAVE I experienced the unprofessional and lazy group of nurses with inconsident care by the doctors in a health care facility
Very rude in general. Sat in ER a while, which is understandable, its busy. But I don’t think there was one group of people (patient/spouse/child etc) that was not confronted by someone and disrespected. Yelling at a guy for falling asleep, …
I went to the ER on July 18th due to chronic bronchitis and my O2 levels had dropped to 89 and I couldn’t breathe. I got there at 9:30 and got checked in and sat in the waiting room struggling for air and coughing and vomiting. At 2pm as I …
One of the most absolutely worst experiences I have ever had with a hospital.

Wish I could give 0 stars, UT medical center hires night shift nurses that allow a disabled vet to sit in their own soiled garments overnight while they’re having a party 50 feet away. Also would not bring him any water or food until we …
I just got surgery done to extract an infected organ. It went amazing and was a fun experience overall. The nurses and doctors were super nice to me. Great overall because I recently went to a previous hospital then here, and could’ve underwent septicemia because the other hospital didn’t do their half.
The evening of March 26th I went to another local hospital with unbearable back pain and abdominal discomfort. I was discharged from the other facility after being told the pain would go away. …
Every experience my husband and I have had at this hospital has been an administrative nightmare. 2 emergency room visits of 10 hr or more duration and a surgery stay of 2 days that was supposed to be 1. …
This is an average place. Sometimes you can come with sepsis and be sent home to die but sometimes they actually do help and give medicine to cure you! During my stay, I was admitted overnight. The nurses were so busy that as they walked …
I just got a message from a very dear friend that is there..she had surgery on her leg. She just tells me she puts call light on for help and 45 min later it’s answered and nobody cares there ..PT should be working with her but they …
Stayed overnight after having a procedure.
Idc … yall gave someone ( gunshot victim )a surgical procedure and told them to take extra strength Tylenol. No pain meds now what in the world . If you want to continue to be in pain visit UT MEDICAL‼️ they said right a review that’s exactly what I did
If there was a no star rating I would definitely use it. I was transferred to UT Medical Center from another medical facility due to the fact my injuries were so extensive that I needed a trauma center. I arrived Monday, it is now Wednesday …
This is a highly qualified and professional Trauma 1 ICU. They saved my grandson’s life. Nurses are great and communicate well
with the family.
