They tell you to come in half hour early for your first appointment and then are an hour behind for scheduled time. Horrible, horrible first impression. Making me late for another appointment.
Haven’t even been there. Originally scheduled for an appointment in June. It’s been rescheduled so many times we’re now into November. Absurd. Only 1 star because it’s the lowest you can give.
Providers are great, office staff is horribly unorganized and do not return calls! Very frustrating if you actually need something!
While I like the lady I have been going to the rest of the staff leaves little to be desired. They don’t follow up like they are supposed. They forget to schedule things. They cancel appointments you never wanted canceled and the list goes on.
They were great. I love the new patient set up using a tablet. The Drs and staff were great. They did a thorough job of explaining to me what they needed to do and made me feel confident I was in good hands.
All aspects of my appointment exceeded my expectations: brief wait, professional and courteous staff, my physician listened to my issues and responded with a plan of action that included my input. I am very pleased and impressed.

They do not return calls or communicate if there are any issues. It’s kind of sad because I like the doctor but if you need any help or have a prescription problem you are SOL because the office staff isn’t going to help at all.

I’ve brought my father here twice now and both times they have somehow skipped over him even though he signed in both times. He needed up not getting called back until 45 minutes after his appointment time. What makes it worse is we had to get here an hour ahead of time so they could send him down to get X-rays before his appointment.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Doctor. He spoke about me to his nurse before entering the room, which I heard. Scans showed kidney stones and a UTI and he completely dismissed me. He was not compassionate or helpful in any way.
