Worse customer service ever! My 90 yr. Old dad can’t even get the paper delivered half the time! Then he can’t get a hold of anyone, nor do they speak clear English! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Wichita Eagle you should be ashamed of the articles you share! You are the problem and should be held accountable! Dont spread so much false information and maybe you would have a higher rating.
The woman at the front desk is rude and a control freak. Will give a small stack of old newspapers but not any more. Will make you come back every day for little bit of newspaper at a time. It just doesn’t make sense.
Access to customer service is extremely poor. Since I was not able to speak to a human I left my phone number. After 3 hours I had no call. I tried other computer options and ultimately received help. This was on the second day of trying to access customer via email and telephone.
Love the paper hate the service…they have no problem taking the money out of my acct but usually we miss a couple papers a month…and we are Sunday only now!!…I call leave s message and still don’t get a replacement paper
Worst local sports coverage – 2 to 3 days old. No local high school game stats ,no coverage of WSU volleyball trip last weekend. KU and K-State Saturday night games not covered until Monday while the KC paper had full coverage Sunday morning. Just a matter of time before this paper leaves town
I’ve been calling during their open hours 9-12 and 1-4, but there isn’t anyone working because they say they are closed. I know why this paper is losing all of the customers. Fix your automated phone service.
I am really getting tired of our paper not being delivered. We live in any area where there are several houses around us who get the paper but on numerous occasions they have failed to leave one for us. Complaints do no good because everything is automated. Don’t be fooled into getting a subscription. Poor customer service, delivery problems, incorrect billing, etc. I finally was able to cancel my subscription, and demanded an email confirmation. They never sent it, so I’m weary to believe they’ll stop billing me.
