It should read: Our mission is to be your resource for low water use, high water costs, extremely poor quality and unnecessary conservation in The Woodlands.
What a joke. They create a mandatory irrigation schedule, and then raise rates when people use more water. Only the WJPA would charge more for an abundance of water.
Horrible service. Must be nice to be the only source for customers. They can treat people however they want and people have to accept it because there is no other water agency.

Someone actually answers the phone! They are by far the easiest utility company to work with!!!!!

You have to submit a mountain of paperwork to even start service. Including sending in your signed lease agreement after you have already done paperwork for the application. These people think too highly of their system and themselves. What a joke

Website never works for payment! Always redirects you and you have to log in 4 or 5 times. Sometimes you can’t log in at all.

I too am surprised by these low reviews. I have had nothing but wonderful customer service and the MUD facility is lovely.

Hung up on me when I tried to report a water main break. Wasn’t willing to find out what jurisdiction it was under
