If you would like to wait on hold 30+ minutes to be transferred to ask for a prescription refill this is your office. Horrible!! I find it funny that your recording asks for patience and kindness yet you offer none of that to your patients. This office is horrible. The doctors are wonderful.

The staff here is so wonderful and i can get my kiddos in quick when I really need to. I also love being able to call the nurse triage line to ask my question and what I can do to help my kids, often times avoiding an unnecessary visit.
We love Dr. Hanson, he has been my sons pediatrician for 3 years. He is always so incredibly patient with both of us, answers all my questions and I never feel rushed. I also love the fact that they have Urgent Care and also keep appointments for same day at the offices for colds/flu.

We have always had very positive experiences at the Youth Clinic. The male nurse at this location is great with kids, he’s patient, and caring. We love Dr. Hannifan and have seen her regularly. We never feel rushed or judged. She takes time to answer questions and addresses concerns with sincere empathy.
